House holiday rentals in Park City

This place was great! We would definitely stay here again next time we come into town. Very close to the Canyons side, which we prefer, and close to Whole Foods, etc. There is public transport if you prefer but we chose to drive to the free parking lot at the Canyons. House was just as expected and added bonus that they had a hot tub after a long day on the slopes!

Great place. I was gone mostly for business, but the bed was very comfortable. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. The location was very convenient for what we needed, it was near the shopping area in Kimball Junction so walkable to many shops and restaurants. The area is very convenient for what I needed, but a little bit of a drive from the ski resorts and main street in park city. There is a walking path and really nice view from the back of the unit which was great for the kids to play in the snow and we could walk our dog in a lovely location that felt far away from the mall. The unit itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was definitely an older unit and could use a refresh on some linens and kitchen items, etc. Communication with the management company was quick and easy. They responded quickly when we needed a change of the bed setup. I thought the unit was priced well and I would recommend this unit for this price we paid.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Heber. The home was comfortable for all of us and with the baby gates in place our babies were safe to walk around the main floor. We enjoyed our walks along the paths in the mornings and evenings. The views were beautiful. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Utah.

Sherrie’s place was perfect to host a chill bachelorette party! With 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was well stocked with kitchen items, extra towels, blankets, and pillows. Relaxing in the hot tub was the perfect way to end our weekend!

Beautiful ski home! Plenty of space for our family of four. Pristine, modern home when many in the area feel dated and cluttered. Loved the heated floors in the bathrooms! Loved the electric fireplace and floor to ceiling windows! Kids loved the heated pool after skiing and the nearby hot tub for the parents to watch! Ski valet downstairs was so convenient. Easily walkable to many restaurants and local spots! Thank you so much!

We were coming to Lehi for a wedding. Family from WA and OH. After long travel days, this place was cozy and in a beautiful neighborhood! We had plenty of space. The pool was in walking distance. Pickleball courts and playgrounds were also in walking distance! We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

We continue to come yearly and absolutely love it.

My family loved our weekend stay in this beautiful home. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We felt very comfortable here and it is very well thought out as they had everything we needed. We enjoyed the park across the street, the hot tub, all the fun the basement had to offer (games) and especially loved the record player! It was the perfect amount of space for our family of 5 plus we loved getting to bring our family dog. Thank you Andy and simply rented!

We had such a peaceful and beautiful stay here! The views were absolutely stunning, the home was clean and cozy, and Neil & Abbie were so kind and responsive the whole time. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared, and we truly appreciated how welcoming they were from start to finish. We’d absolutely love to return someday — thank you again for such a lovely experience!

We had a fantastic stay at Robert's place. We loved the beds, the huge couch and great furnishings and appliances. We enjoyed staying away from all the busyness of Park City. But everything was close and easy to get to. It was perfect for our family and allowed us to rest, play and bond. We loved the sunrises and sunsets too! I hope all my stays can be as great as this one!

Fantastic location and a gorgeous home for those planning a trip to Park City. Access to the garage (plus a spot for gear) was a fantastic plus and the home immediately felt like the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes. Great linens and fantastic showers. The hot tub was perfect as well and the whole experience was 5/5!

Kara was a great host. Proactively communicating all instructions and even let us check in a bit early (which was nice after a day of air travel). The apt itself was clean and an easy shuttle ride to the Park City mountain village and Main Street. Would recommend!

The place was great, and it was a short walk to the lifts at the base. The hot tub was great after a day of snowboarding. We had a great time and would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Ken’s home. It was clean, cozy and such a good location by main st. The bedrooms were on separate floors so it felt very private. Nice living room and front balcony. We loved our stay and felt very comfortable.

5 stars! Clean, cute, functional. Great location. Plenty of rooms to sleep in and lounge in. Some beds were soft, some were more firm, so there are options for every kind of sleeper. Plenty of blankets and pillows and even lots of fans for hot sleepers! Loved that the lights and appliances were labeled. The hosts were quick to respond to messages, and it was a well stocked kitchen. A great spot!

Was a great stay. We traveled for a wedding and Colton’s place was the perfect place to relax and a great home base for where we needed to go. It’s only about 20 min away from Park City and just 10 from the food and shopping in Heber City made it a great central spot for our stay. Clean, comfy, and a home away from home. 10/10, would definitely stay again if we come up to visit Utah again😁

Brandon's family were FANTASTIC. Brandon was right there to help with anything needed. The location is AWESOME. It was like country living in a luxurious location. BEAUTIFUL view of the mountains. Very safe to walk in the neighborhood. Close to town and some great restaurants. If you want a delicious small pizza for lunch we recommend the lunch truck by the City Building off Main Street. We definitely hope to return next year. Thank you Brandon.

We had a Mother’s Day getaway and it was perfect for a few of us girls! Easy access to park city but away from the busy traffic

This place was fantastic! The location was conveniently located between Park City and Salt Lake City; felt like we never had a long drive to anywhere we wanted to go! House was perfectly clean and had anything extra one may need, especially in the kitchen! Hot tub was cleaned and even serviced once during our stay. Host was very responsive and communicated fantastically before and during our stay.

Great location right next to Woodward Park City. Lots of space and super bright with natural light. Great value as well.
