Condo holiday rentals in Park County

Abigail was an excellent host. The unit was as described and in the location provided. It was great for our family of 5 and provided a really good spot for all of us to get to and from the ski runs. We ate lunch in the unit on ski days and went out for dinner each night. The one suggestion we have would be to bring towels for the hot tub if you have a larger group as we had to use the same towels for showering and the hot tub. All in all a wonderful week and we would definitely return.

We stayed at the condo for 7 days and it was a terrific experience. The condo is an excellent location with many retailers nearby, restaurants, and even a cool local brewery which is easy to walk to. Everything about the condo is positive: comfortable, clean, convenient, and classy....all the included amenities are a huge plus. Getting to the condo from the airport is easy and getting to downtown Frisco and the numerous nearby ski areas is simple and easy using the local shuttle buses. Diane and her team were easy to communicate with and she handled everything with speed and care. We would definitely stay at the property again for both winter and spring/summer trips to the area. This property is highly recommended.

We loved our stay here! Of the 4 different places we stayed on our trip to Colorado, we all agreed this was our favorite! Super clean, large bedrooms, great location! Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I took a quick getaway to Breck after spending time in Denver. This is my third time staying in Breck. Out of all of the Airbnbs that I’ve stayed at in Breck, this has definitely been my favorite. The Airbnb was spacious, clean and had great amenities. My husband and I loved making use of the hot tub, pool, shuttle and pool table. It was off season so a bonus was that it was so quiet. Anyways, we miss it already. Definitely stay with Scott if you are looking for a Breck Airbnb.

Great condo in walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and bars, and it was well-stocked with everything you might need. Easy and quick communication with Aaron was another plus.

Located just under 10 minutes to Breckenridge, the location of this stay was ideal for our 5 day stay filled of skiing. The place was as described and worked perfectly for us.

Emily was very helpful with our last minute reservation, and gave us all the information and instructions we needed to make everything go smoothly! Emily checked in with us throughout our stay and made sure we felt right at home!

We had a great stay in Breckenridge. Tom’s place was very comfortable, and it was so easy together to skiing and I to town by bus. We could very comfortably do without a car. This was a great stay, and I’d love to come back.

Comfortable and clean place that fit our needs well. We were in walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the gondola. We had a great time.

We stayed in town for a hockey tournament and Kara was an amazing host. Super responsive and went out of her way. This is a great location to be within a walkable distance of everything you need in Breck. Highly recommend!

Location was great, located right next to the Super Bee lift which made it ready for a day of skiing. Loved that we could bring our dog with us too. The unit had everything we needed including a full kitchen and laundry. We will definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time! The location could not have been better…truly ski in/ski out and very easy to navigate. Tim was a great host, easy to reach, and super nice. We hope to stay again next year!

The location was perfect for getting to the slopes and walking downtown! We had our dog and it was easy to get out and take him for walks. We have an EV and the onsite level 2 charger, while about the same price as charging at a fast charger, was very convenient and we didn't have to worry about whether the charger in Frisco was available.

We had a fantastic stay! The place is very comfortable, had everything we needed and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a long day on the slopes. The location couldn't be better—super convenient to both the ski area and town. Michelle was a wonderful host—responsive, helpful, and welcoming. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Breck!

I used to reserve 5 stars to places that were "wow" and "outstanding". I since realize that I can provide a star rating solely based on the description, and my specific choice to stay, sometimes I just don't choose the "wow and outstanding" places due to affordability, but that more to my budget places can deserve 5 stars if they provide exactly as listed. As a bottom unit, it was SO quiet!Conveniently located to everything: trails, restaurants, and across from the grocery. Liked having our car in a secure garage although parking is tight and a puzzle to maneuver, we were able to fit with a car top and bike rack. The unit is dark, only a sliding glass door for natural light, but comfortable. For longer stays, like ours, almost a week, I'd recommend bringing your own paper supplies (tissue & kleenex were cheaper versions), otherwise description and amenities are spot on, everything you need. Shower: great pressure & hot water, bed: firm foam mattress & linens great sleep. Would return.

Beaver Run is a great location, especially Building 4. A true ski in / ski out.

Daniel’s place was absolutely incredible! Walkable to Main Street, easy to get in and out of, plus it had amazing views! Everything is very well kept up and comfortable! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

We absolutely enjoyed our time in this condo. We've stayed in multiple different units in the Villages at Breckenridge, and in other condos in the area, but the Villages is our favorite overall. This particular condo was probably one of the best in terms of furnishings overall. Not all are created and furnished equally, but the use of the space was ideal, plenty of seating, comfortable furniture, etc. It just made living in the space easy and comfortable. Jeremy as the host was great. We only needed to contact him one time, and that was to determine if an early check in was an option. He quickly responded and we ended up checking in several hours early on our day of arrival. Everything else was proactive communication from the host on everything we could possibly need. Very good experience overall.

Andrew is an incredible host. He was very nice and responsive. The condo was within walking distance of all the attractions Breckenridge has to offer. Overall, it was a great time.

Me and my fiancé came down for a little end of the season ski trip. We enjoyed our stay at Adil’s place. It was cozy and comfortable. If you’re looking to stay in Breckenridge we definitely recommend this one.

Great accomodations! the condo was super clean, spacious, and modern. the kids loved the pool, the cozy living room, and all of the games. The views are amazing, especially from the awesome deck! Christy was super responsive and helpful! I would highly recommend this place to anyone with kiddos
