Ken is friendly, communicative, and very helpful in making sure the reservations were confirmed with Grand Timber. I really enjoyed the stay, the amenities, and the proximity to the ski resort!

We had a fantastic week skiing Breckenridge - the capacity to ski in and out was amazing. The shuttle will take you almost anywhere you might want to go in town - and then pick you up! Amenities are stellar - everything is as listed. We loved the convenience of being in a serviced unit - the front desk and concierge are super responsive and helpful. The space itself is light filled, very clean and spacious for four even when using the pull-out couch. Grand Timber allowed us to use the amenities before our room was ready and after check-out which enabled us to ski more days. Highly recommend!

My son (6) and I really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Timber - the unit was cozy and clean, the amenities were far beyond what we expected, and the staff was so thoughtful and helpful. The resort was so incredibly family friendly (great pools, rentable movie theaters, game room, crafts), and we loved the proximity to downtown and skiing. The free and protected parking was a big perk, and I found our stay was an excellent value for the price. We'd absolutely book Ken's place again for a family vacation the Breckenridge!

Both elevators were down during my stay which made the stay significantly less enjoyable however the hosts were accommodating and worked with me on how to make it better. The room was nice and clean, had plenty of towels,but wish it had more shampoo and conditioner being it is an Airbnb and it doesn’t get replenished every day.

SkyRun are super communicative and helpful, check in was easy and they're on hand locally. Building and room is a little older, but was clean and comfortable, the location is unbeatable right by the American Eagle lift and the bars/restaurants in the Center Village. You can drop your gear and there's parking included across the street.

Great place and location. Close walk to Center Village and super handy walk to Green Acres. Walls are thin but other than that it’s perfect.

We had the most wonderful time. The place is just amazing, right next to the ski slopes, yet calmer than Peak 8. Super easy to get around, either with the car we had rented, or using the free gondola that has a stop just nearby. We didn't ski, but the hotel seems perfect for it, we did however use the outdoor heated jacuzzis with the kids, including the water slide, we reserved twice the private movie theater, and overall just had the best Christmas time. The kids loved the breakfast waffles they have daily in the hotel! The bed is quite big and comfortable, the only point not as great was the sofa bed that is not so comfortable for an adult, although it was more than fine for our older kid. The host was just as wonderful as the hotel, super quick to reply, friendly and helpful. Thank you, we loved it!

Great place to stay with kids. We had 4 adults and 4 kids (5-12yrs) and there was plenty of room. Walkable to East and Center Villages. Pool and hot tub area was amazing. Condo was very clean and quiet. Had all the amenities needed to cook meals. Laundry was much appreciated. would definitely stay there again!

We had a great time in Breck, very clean space, bit small but cozy for family of four. The amenities are great, indoor and outdoor pool/hotubs. Ski in/out from locker rooms. Host was very responsive and proactively reserved one of the amazing movie theaters for us one night. Parking was also easy and close to Gondola for access to either Peak 8 or town. Overall great stay.

Robert’s place was fantastic for our small family. A perfect ski trip that was directly on the mountain. This is a true ski in/ski out condo & the amenities at the Grand Colorado were excellent! So much for our kids to do after our ski days! We are already talking about comin back! Thanks so much

Fantastic location if you ski the blue runs at Breck! Easy gondola ride to Peak 8. You will not be dissapointed with this rental! We loved it!

My wife and I stayed at Jan's Airbnb at Ranahan's for a couple of days of skiing at Keystone and Breckenridge, and it was extraordinary! This last-minute booking was perfect—very fairly priced, comfortable, and so much better than driving back to Parker after skiing. The room was so nice we spent Friday morning at the lodge, enjoying a home-cooked breakfast and relaxing in the hot tubs before heading to the slopes. The three hot tubs were beautifully designed, warm, and set in a stunning, peaceful setting. The heated indoor/outdoor pool looked amazing, too. The lodge bar was a treat, with friendly staff, great drinks (our tab was $36 for an old fashioned and a Stella), and a cozy vibe. The location was excellent, with restaurants, grocery stores, and skiing all close by. The shuttle to Breckenridge was convenient, with a professional driver and easy pick-up/drop-off. Thank you, Jan, for hosting us! We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return.

We stayed in room 2 at the lodge and everything was great! Cozy and rustic. The fireplace in the lodge was heaven! The hot tub was lovely as well. The kids loved running around and exploring the grounds. Great location! We’ll be back. Thank you!

The floor to ceiling windows really complemented the incredible view. The 1 car garage and very short indoor walk to hottub was nice.

This is a "lock off" unit in a very nice interval ownership facility. Nearby hiking, bicycling and skiing. Gondala makes going into town very easy. We hiked on many of the nearby Breckenridge Nordic Center trails. I want to come back in the winter yet for snow shoeing and cross country skiing.

Stayed here for one night after having to extend our stay because of a winter storm. We wish we would’ve initially booked this place for our whole trip. The Mountain View’s were amazing! Everything was clean, the staff at check in were kind. Would definitely stay again!!!
