The house is well situated to head out to Rothrock Forest for hiking and biking, or to head to the stadium. Please note: this house is strictly NO partying. If you plan to bar hop and bring the fun back -- don't book this house. While you're staying, you'll have the house to yourselves.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful and spotless home! It had every amenity you could possibly need and more. The hosts truly go above and beyond—from making sure the Keurig was stocked with K-cups to providing plenty of extra paper products and a fully set-up outdoor space that made relaxing a breeze. One of our favorite details was the warm, personal touch of the house renderings and watercolor painting of the front—those little things really made it feel cozy and inviting. I would highly recommend this home to anyone planning a State College getaway. You won’t be disappointed!
