The cottage is located in Parksville's Oceanside Village Resort. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher opens up to the vaulted dining and living area. Each bedroom has a flat screen tv with Roku, plus another in the living room --although hopefully you will be enjoying the outdoors! Free wi-fi runs all your devices. All linens (bed, bath, kitchen, and beach) are provided. Coffee and tea provided, and some condiments. Grocery stores close. I do accept dogs. NO SMOKING ALLOWED, EVEN OUTSIDE.

There is two bedrooms with Queen beds, and a kids bunk room has 3 single beds. One Bathroom with a Shower. A large main room with fireplace. Cabin is situated above a lovely stretch of beach, a perfect spot to catch the sun or launch your kayak or canoe. Enjoy quiet days paddling, fishing or swimming on this non-power lake or explore the wooded trails.

Half bath (outdoor shower) Shower is small tank but hot water for 2 mnutes. Basics for a cup of tea or coffee and light breakfast. Mini fridge and microwave but NO KITCHEN Please note: there is no cooking area and cabin is max 2 people. Unfortunately, due to liability, no children under age of 12 since bed is accessed by a high ladder

Our home is at the back of the 5 acres so we are available if you have any questions. Please note the added fees - AirBnb charges a service charge and occupancy tax but as a courtesy, we do not add cleaning fees. It is our expecttion that all guests make the effort to leave our guest cabin neat and tidy.
