The CBD is a short tram or bus ride away. In the heart of vibrant Fitzroy and Collingwood, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is on the top floor (5th) of a new and award winning building and every detail has been considered for a complete stay. Overlooking all the little cottages, homes and former factories with views all the way to the mountains. Bedroom contains a queen bed with a new high quality mattress and bedding. Entire apartment is open to guests, owner will not be present during their stay. The apartment building also includes a communal rooftop BBQ and lounge area. I will be available in person for key pick/up and to answer any queries/show the apartment. Available via phone if there are any issues. The apartment is right on High St Northcote, known for its live music venues, bars, and restaurants. Take a short walk to Welcome to Thornbury, a popular food truck park, or listen to new bands at Northcote Social Club. The apartment is on High st, along the 86 tram line from Bundoora into the CBD. Croxton Station is also a short walk away, with a 20 min train ride into the city. This apartment is in a block with owner occupiers and tenants, so please be mindful of noise in the early morning/late at night so as not to disturb neighbours. No parties or large gatherings.

Compact ‘granny flat’, hotel style, free standing, separate access. Bedroom/desk plus bathroom. Wee Dougie is VERY SMALL, great for 1, cosy for 2. Ideal for short stays, Uni or hospital visitors or professionals, Uni graduations or a weekend just outside Melbourne CBD. As we are walking distance from the CBD there in street parking only, 1-2 hours - there is no free parking at the property.
