Holiday rentals with a sauna in Parkville

Thank you so much for hosting my parents! I was so worried if my parents would be pleased because they are quite picky, but they felt right at home from the moment they stepped into the apartment. The apartment is very clean with complete amenities. The furniture is of really high quality, smart Samsung Frame TV, deLonghi kettle, Laura Ashley toaster, and Nescafe coffee pods. The apartment is beautiful and the bed is so big. My mother in particular is a light sleeper, but she slept so so well, which is rare. The location is of course excellent, my parents are so pleased to have Vic Market, Melb Central and so many restaurants within walkable distance. The check in is so easy, communication is also excellent. I am very pleased and would totally come back again if any of my family members come to visit again in the future. Thank you so much!

Just WOW! Honestly one of the most beautiful places I have stayed in Melbourne CBD. The place looks so much better in person! Fotos do not justify it. If you are doubting to book, do book, you won’t regret it! Very friendly host who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Place is stunning! An absolutely wonderful stay! Tony & Annie has been an exceptional host from start to finish. The communication was prompt, warm, and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The property itself was immaculate and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials and household items needed for a comfortable stay — it truly felt like a home away from home. The view from the apartment was beautiful, and the location couldn’t have been better — with great cafés, restaurants, trams, and the train station all just a short walk away. Annie was also kind enough to allow us a late checkout, which made a huge difference on our travel day. I can’t recommend this place enough and would love to come back in the future. Nice new place. Very clean and tidy. plenty of wardrobe space. Amaizing city views from both bedrooms and living area. Woolworths downstairs made it very convenient to get groceries. Loved the spa on level 54. And good size gym. Living and dining is a bit small. But might be the case with all the similar city apartments.

This place is wonderful. Dylan and Loic were wonderfully responsive when something needed attention and always arranged to address our minor concerns promptly. Would recommend to stay for people In the city. Close to a bunch of things and Daniel was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

We felt very cosy in this apartment due to the great couch, comfortable bed, terrific heater in the bedroom and nice decor as well as really clean throughout. The kitchen is well appointed and the bathroom has good shelf space and a really hot and good pressure shower.

This is a great place, great location, very clean. Relaxing view, pool, spa and sauna. Would definitely recommend to others.

A great stay, just on the edge of China town, the food in the area is incredible. Aside from endless food and drink the stay itself was perfect. A great space, the photos of the place honestly don’t do it justice. Having a night in the high rise with the city views is just a good time all around. Grantley, was incredibly responsive and was flexible when we needed something. We would stay here again without thought. Truly sad to have to check out! Till next time.

The apartment was centrally located within walking distance to most of the places we were visiting in the city. With a tram stop on the doorstep, we were able to take a tram for travel outside the CBD. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the amenities within the building, such as the swimming pool and sauna, were all available to guests. Cheng was very responsive to any questions we sent. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at Simon’s place. The apartment was incredibly cosy, spotless and had everything I needed. The location couldn’t have been better - right in the heart of Melbourne Central, making it super easy to get around and explore the city. I especially loved the access to the building’s sauna and gym, which were great extras to have. Simon was an excellent host—very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. He truly made my stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!

Idriss was a very accommodating and very responsive host. The property was beautiful and very clean. I would recommend staying here. We also accidentally left behind some personal belongings and Idriss was very proactive to get them back to us.

Modern luxury house located in a quiet street which is perfect for me as I’m a lightsleeper. However, it’s quite far from Melbourne especially with the traffic. Linens and towels could be better. Kudrat is very responsive and a very nice host. She even prepared snacks and fruits for us on arrival.

My family and I loved our stay here. The location is beautiful and neighbours friendly. The place is within walking distance of Eltham and the railway station, as well as to the local park and oval, which we utilised lots. You have to live with some noise from the local wildlife (think possums on the roof at night and cockatoos in the morning), but that adds to the charm and general feel of being in a house that is slightly off road and surrounding by lovely trees and a creek. I would recommend this as a wonderful place to spend some time in the warmer months of the year, though I would hope the barbeque is in working order for future guests.

An exquisite and sophisticated home filled with high tech appliances, and tasteful furniture and fixtures. Great place to stay even with my young son and 2 elderly parents. Jason was extremely helpful, friendly and would address all my queries promptly. 5 Stars treatment from Jason! I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Melbourne. Fantastic experience!
