Spacious Studio with King Bed

Get comfortable and enjoy this spacious studio. The space is perfect for a couple, which a comfy king bed and en- suite bathroom. Close to Arts Loi metro and Madou station. Near Ambiorix Square, the Royal Park and to European Commission. The studio is at the bottom floor of our renovated 1800s house. The bottom floor used to be an ‘Librairie’ but now converted to a studio. Note that we provide a coffee machine, kettle and mini fridge, but there is no actual kitchen for cooking in the studio.

Dear visitor We put at your disposal a furnished apartment in the heart of Brussels. Nearby the EU Commission in the nice neighborhood of Schuman. The apartment is on the highest floor of our typical renovated Brussels’ mansion, there are quite some stairs to reach it. Avoid heavy luggage. The apartment is for maximum 2 persons, unfortunately not suitable for children or disabled guests We, as a family live on the lowest floors, easily at your disposal in case of questions or recommendations.

Bienvenue dans notre appartement 1 chambre, rénové et décoré avec goût. Il se situe dans une rue calme au cœur du quartier de la place Flagey, jouissant d'une multitude de bars, restaurants et commerces en tout genre. L'appartement est situé à côté des transports en commun pour accéder facilement au reste de Bruxelles. Il est composé d'une chambre avec salle de douche, une cuisine ouverte super équipée donnant sur le salon. Nous nous réjouissons de vous y accueillir très prochainement.

Studio en plein centre d’Ixelles, au troisième étage, au cœur d’un quartier vivant, situé entre la place Flagey (marchés tous les samedis et dimanches) et la Porte de Namur, au rdc de la maison Goods Bakery 🥐☕️, proche de toutes les commodités,(restaurants, épicerie, pharmacie, magasins, cinéma.) Métro: porte de Namur, Bus: Fernand coq, Tram: place Stefanie 20 minutes à pieds de la Grand Place de Bruxelles. 🌈 Important le lit est en mezzanine. Il ne faut donc pas avoir le vertige 😉

Le quartier offre de nombreux choix de restaurants, bars, boulangeries et alimentation. Il y a aussi un lavoir à proximité, des parcs et bien entendu les magnifiques étangs d'Ixelles à seulement 15 minutes de marche!
