The first floor has a common-purpose room with three separate beds and a bedroom with two beds. The house is suitable for five, but can also accommodate 7, if necessary. The house has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including three bedrooms, separate toilet and shower, a full kitchen with a large dining table and a living room with a fireplace in the heart of the house. In addition there is a wood-fired sauna and private access to the river, so you can hop right in from the sauna or take a sup-board or rowing boat and have an adventure on the water.

Beach is within a walking distance ( 500m). Located next to LOTTEMAA Kids Theam Park 500m from the house. Golf Course- 2km Lay-Z-Spa St.Moritz / hot tub for Sept, October for extra cost . We disconnect outside jacuzzi due to the freezing weather in Oct.
