Beachfront holiday rental in Paros

Loved this place and the location. It's right in the heart of Naoussa and within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants that you will want to visit. The nightlife is popping in the area so it can get a little louder in the later hours of the evening but we still didn't have an issue sleeping. Theodoros was extremely responsive and accommodated our bags for early check in and late check out. Would recommend!

The place is very nice - white house with blue windows and pink flowers. The location was perfect to reach with our rental car (which we could park right outside the door) and between a variety of beautiful beaches within walking distance. From the bed as well as from the terrace you could see directly to the sea. Communication with Stella was very nice and easy. She welcomed us with a tray full of food. It was cleaned daily and even the towels were changed. The only negative point was the mosquitoes. A fly screen in the window would be useful.

This apt is very central and easily walkable to the port, main streets, parking lots, supermarkets, restaurants, and even two beaches in town. The apt has a great private balcony overlooking everything and we spent some time people watching below and looking out at the ocean. Great location!! Airport is only a 10-15 minute drive.

Μαρια's place was just wonderful and easily walkable to the main strip in Aliki. The pin isn't clear on where the accommodation is, but someone from the Apoplous restaurant kindly helped me out. The main town is within easy walking distance from the accommodation, which boasts plenty of restaurants (you get a discount at Apoplous - sadly I never visited), bar, boat tours (I booked Rofos, but it was cancelled due to weather), various shops, car/motorbike/ATV hire and a small supermarket. The accommodation itself is perfectly sized for a single traveller or a couple who need a cosy place to stay to refresh. The decor is clean and neutral; there is a wonderful shower in a well-sized bathroom, a small fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine and sink, with crockery, cutlery and glasses. I was greeted with some ouzo on the table, a lovely gesture but I don't drink. She offered a souvenir on the day I left, but I'd already got the first bus back to Paroikia. Thank you so much!

The place was beautiful and amazing and the view was gorgeous! The pictures were very accurate. It was very clean and spacious. Marina and Maria were very responsive and helpful. It is a very peaceful place. It is up a very steep hill and you need to rent a car as it is not walking distance to anywhere but the beach. You could walk 2 miles on the beach to Plaka which had plenty of restaurants and beaches. Delivery takeout is a possibility from Wolt and they were very efficient and reasonably priced. I would recommend a stay here for the amazing views and the amount of space.

This home is absolutely amazing. It is beautiful, spotless, modern, comfortable and well worth the price. The host left many restaurant, beach, and day trip recommendations with sample itineraries and helpful maps. It is slightly outside of the town center and is therefore extremely peaceful and private. And, like everyone else has said, the view of the sunset is absolutely unmatched. We would recommend this place to anyone else who is coming to visit Naxos.

Gabriel made you feel at home from the time he organised a pick up for me from the port and greeted me at the house to saying farewell and organising transport back. The house had every little detail thought of. Gabriel even had a fresh loaf of bread and Greek cookies waiting for me in the well organised kitchen. It was right beside Magaya Restaurant which was a regular drinking and eating place. I even joined the outdoor yoga class next door too. There are lots of outdoor garden areas to chill too with a drink. Right on the doorstep of Parasporos Beach you will not find a better place to feel like a Greek and listen to the waves as you fall asleep. I hope to return…….

Beautiful villa — easily walkable to the beach and with excellent views of the sea and surrounding hills. Clean & functional. Maria at the Airbnb gives great recommendations for restaurants and activities nearby.

Absolutely perfect stay, felt very luxurious. Bed was super comfy, and it was great having a full kitchen & apartment in our unit. The pool was lovely, and right by the ocean. It was a short 10 minute drive into the main town, and we could easily get to everything we wanted to see on the island. Maria who took care of us had great local recommendations which we loved.

Villas Ninemas is a lovely property. It worked well for our family of 5. The home shares a pool with another villa - it would be ideal for groups who want to travel together to rent both homes. The view and setting are spectacular. It is a bit too far to walk to the charming village of Alyki, but it is a very short drive. Mapiva was a gracious and very responsive host.

Giorgos Villa was absolutely fantastic. The place was immaculate and exactly as described. We felt right at home. Cold AC, hot showers, clean house and comfortable beds. Sunsets were the best we’ve ever witnessed. Giorgos met us at the location and provided us some starter food and basic amenities that he didn’t have to. He also dropped by fresh vegetables from his garden which turned into some amazing Greek Salads! Thank you for that! I highly suggest you consider this Villa as the property and host are second to none. Thank you for making such an amazing trip for my family.

We spent a week with my spouse, son and parents. The villa is beautiful, tastefully decorated. The exteriors with its 2 terraces are very beautiful too and not overlooked. We would recommend it in a second. Thank you Stella for a lovely experience.

We had a wonderful stay! So quiet and beautiful, and Betty took so good care of us. Can really recommend this. A short and easy walk to the beautiful beach and restaurants by the sea.

Was an absolutely wonderful place to stay so close to the sea with a wonderful view. Our recommendation perhaps is to bring a few towels as they only provide two. We found the grocery store there a little bit limited so you may want to bring some supplies with you . Was an excellent stay and we would do it again in the second! Totally worth it.

Can’t begin to describe how amazing her place is and she was a host. The location is very quiet and private but still just steps away from the beach and shopping center nearby. Paros is gorgeous and we rented a car to see every corner of the island and feel her place was the best to stay and relax. She was helpful and responsive and her place seemed absolutely flawless. We will surely return 😊

Beautiful and well decorated place, very good value for the price, great location; located next to the beach. A bit noisy because of the road closed by. Would come back again.

Mairi's Airbnb was lovely, and we truly enjoyed our time in Naxos. The apartment met all our expectations and was just a short walk from Agios Prokopios. We especially appreciated the terrace, where we spent our mornings and evenings watching the waves, the sea, and the stars. We were also pleasantly surprised by the daily cleanings. Amazing stay! Beautiful apartment, super close to the port as well as restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Despoina was a fabulous host and even met us close to the port to show us the way to the apartment. Her husband also helped us with the bags by car! Despoina gave us lots of recommendations for sites and restaurants and was always responsive. She also dropped us off beach towels which was very kind of her. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and looked just like the pictures. We had a great stay in Naxos and I definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely place with fabulous balconies! In a great spot.

One of our best stays easily. The view was breathtaking, and perfect for a 20 second walk to the beach for a morning swim. Having the kitchen outside was amazing, and had everything you needed for a quick breakfast. The bed was large and very comfortable. The restaurant had fresh delicious seafood. We highly recommend staying here!

Eva’s place was a great little home for my wife and I to stay while we celebrated our 7 year wedding anniversary. The town of Naousa was just steps away with amazing shopping, restaurants and nightlife. We rented an ATV just down the road and explored the beautiful island of Paros. Easy parking for the ATV on the streets outside the home. 5 star stay, would highly recommend. Eva was a delight to deal with.

Alexandro is extremely personable and friendly host. We loved interacting with him and ask for recommendations which he provided in great detail. The apartment is fully equipped as described. It is minimalistic in design and has an incredible view. Naoussa is just such a pretty place with the location of the apartment being perfect to explore it - away from the chaos of the restaurant/ bar areas but yet just a pleasant couple of minutes walk to the centre of action. They were washing pods cleaning liquid, coffee capsules and even a bidet jet spray which Asian guests will love. There is also a friendly little cat who loves to play and make a visit😊. I would highly recommend this place.
