The house sits on the edge of the village on a private road, in front of a small forest. Well served by Postbus. Access by car to the house.

From this centrally located accommodation you can quickly get to the ski slopes, the bus stop, the bike kingdom and much more. The large entrance area is ideal for all your sports equipment such as skis and bikes as well as outer clothing. Slippers are provided on site to explore the rooms. In this non-smoking house you can spend cozy evenings with friends or family incl. fondue oven. You can park your car right in front of the house.

The family-friendly 75 sqm (3.5 rooms) ground floor apartment is located on the outskirts of Churwalden. The pretty Grisons village, the entry portal to the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski resort. The place has a spectacular summer toboggan run. The center with shopping, outdoor pool / ice rink, as well as all lift stations are within 10 minutes' walk. The return trip from the slopes to the house is possible by skis or bus.

The beautiful spacious studio (29 m² and 8 m² balcony) is centrally and quietly located in Valbella, just before Lenzerheide, in the Arosa-Lenzerheide vacation region. It is very well served by public transport (3-minute walk to the Valbella Dorf stop) or by car (free underground parking included). A perfect getaway for every season: for hiking, biking, skiing, working or vacationing in the mountains.

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.
