Flexible check-in and checkout was very important to me. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and with all the facilities for a nice stay. Very good location, easily accessible by having the subway nearby and with several gastronomic options. No doubt to recommend and leave again on an upcoming trip.

Liliana's apartment is much nicer than the photos, it's modern, it has a kitchen and full dishes to cook, the shower is spectacular with a lot of water pressure, we stayed three nights in very cold weather and she took care of leaving us blankets which were not necessary since the heating was perfect, the area is very safe and quiet, with many restaurants nearby, 24-hour parking a block away, the apartment is very nice and comfortable to stay for three days or even a month. Liliana and José always communicated and welcomed us to give us all the recommendations We'll be back!!! Thank you

Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The hostess was very kind and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move suitcases. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. It had all the other implements for a perfect stay.

We stayed in several places in Palermo. This is the perfect Airbnb, we stayed a week and had an amazing time. Very nice and functional apartment with great views of the city. It was nice that the basic things like cooking oil and salt an pepper was in the kitchen to be able to cook the first meal. Micaela was very friendly and available through the whole stay. Would definitely return.

We loved Juan's apartment. It is a very bright accommodation and perfectly installed and very tastefully decorated. Everything is new and impeccable. The kitchen is very well equipped and has teas, coffee maker with coffee, refrigerator and microwave. Kitchen is electric for induction. Cooking utensils, dinnerware and everything you need in case you need to prepare something to eat. The bed is very comfortable and a bathroom with very good personal hygiene products. It has hot cold air conditioning. The area is very quiet and a 15-minute walk from the heart of Palermo Soho. You can park on the street in front and around the apartment.
