It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

It was a wonderful property!! Very neat and clean and very very private and peaceful.. Rooms are all gorgeous and looks exactly like pictures!! I would highly recommend for a big family or a group!!

We 10 members had a wondeful stay at this property . Property amenities is as mentioned in the Photos, we had nice time at swimming pool . Food is the highlight of our stay, Bhagawan is the one who loves to prepare food as per our desire & request. Room maintenenace is also very good, except the first floor last ( Big size) room Airconditioning . It makes noice and not able to generate the enough chillness. AC service to be done. We are sure in our next visit also we will prefer stay in this property only.

The place is located at the great location, very near to main attractions, I had a really good time with my family at the villa, staff there was so supportive with everything. The best part was 24/7 caretaker . If you are looking for a place to stay with big group just go book it . It’s worth every penny

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

All I can say is WOW! This is hands down one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in Goa. It is brand new, crazy luxurious and has a great host. From the time we arrived, we were amazed at the large garden and private swimming pool. The gazebo is just too cute to hang out with your friends. The rooms all have extra large beds and excellent air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped and we made some great breakfast together as a group. I am just waiting to come back and stay here again. Thank you for such an amazing stay!

Honest Review: A Perfect Getaway Spot for Large Groups & Families We recently stayed at this amazing property and had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you're planning a trip with a large group — especially with kids — this place is just perfect! The living room and balcony are super spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, chat, and just enjoy each other’s company. There’s a TV and a Bluetooth speaker provided, which added a nice touch for entertainment during our stay. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were hygienic and well-maintained with surprisingly good quality water — something that’s often overlooked but so important. The air conditioning in all rooms worked really well, which was a total blessing considering the hot climate during our visit. We were also impressed by the swimming pool — sparkling clean and just the right size for both kids and adults to enjoy. Jay and his partner are truly amazing hosts. They were very accommodating, helpful in all regards and are great people overall. The place was packed with all necessities and some, pretty much anything you would need for the stay. The stairs to the terrace were pretty steep and mosquitoes did like to bite but the view from the terrace was great. One thing to point out was that there is little to no natural sunlight coming into the room from outside and the room with lights off was pitch black, so sleep was always deep and mornings were always slow. Would recommend the stay for the amazing location and awesome hosts ;)

We had an amazing 2-day stay at this beautiful property. The private pool was clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quiet time. I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Porchi Mai House and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the house felt like a peaceful haven away from the usual hustle and bustle of touristy spots. Starting from the entrance porch and verandah to the cozy foyer, charming kitchen, and the most beautiful bedrooms — everything about this home echoed the spirit of an old Goan household. The terrazzo flooring, wooden and cane furniture, artistic wall paintings, various lamps, and beautiful curtains all came together to create a warm, yellow, and mellow vibe — perfectly in sync with the slow pours and lush greenery surrounding the house. Porchi Mai House let's you experience the most important feature of a Goan House - The Balcao. You sit down on the stone bench outside, catch a breeze while watching the world go by. Food delivery is easy, but cabs are hard to find, so it's best to get a local cab driver's contact in advance.

A Hidden Paradise by the Mangroves! I had the most amazing stay at Pedro’s Mangrove Villa in Goa! From the moment I arrived, Pedro was a wonderful host — friendly, helpful, and always available if I needed anything. What a superb place, exactly how the pictures described it. Lots of open space, lots of natural light coming in, a great pool and superb house keepers. Shrish did a great job at keeping the place up to date throughout. Only complaint would be that even though the sheets and towels are changed daily they look a bit worn out now. Other than that a great place, close to almost all the popular places (10-15 mins). Will definitely come here again

A really cozy place to stay, with a great pool and spacious rooms! All the required amenities were available. The place was clean and really aesthetic! Great cafés at walking distance too. Looking forward to staying here again.

We fell in love with this property. The interior is absolutely beautiful. Everything was well kept and labelled. All the necessary toiletries were provided. The place was absolutely clean. The caretaker Badal was one of the sweetest and the kindest caretaker I have come across. He was very responsive and took care of our needs. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and we will keep coming back whenever we are Goa!

Our stay at Casaflip was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were a group of 7, with 4 adults, 2 teenagers & a kid. Rooms & bathrooms were spotlessly clean, thanks to the daily cleaning of the caretaker, Mr.Parshuram. He was very accommodating to our needs. Provided additional clean towels & pillows on request. Unit is bang on the main road with easy access to Mapusa on one side & Anjuna, Baga, Calangute on the other side. Parking is available for 2 vehicles, side by side as the villa consists of two, 3bhk units sharing a common wall in between, named Amber & Azure. Swimming pool is common for both units. Few suggestions would be, to improve ceiling Fan speed in the living room & dinning area as there is no A/C installed. Swimming pool lights were difficult to locate. Would be great to provide 10 hangers inside each wardrobe to hang clothes else the same gets placed on beds, chairs, teapoy etc...Overall it was a pleasurable stay and would highly recommend to all.
