Holiday houses in Parthenonas

We had a wonderful stay at Panagiotis’ place and enjoyed the house! Initially it appears overpriced in comparison to other houses around, but once you spend some time in there you understand why it is more expensive. The house is well thought through and has everything a holiday house needs in terms of equipment from outdoor portable speaker, barbecue to small details such as mosquito repellent. There is also direct access to a small beach through a pathway. Panagiotis is fast and responsive and his welcoming attitude contributed to the positive experience with things like welcome package consisting of a wine bottle and fruits and air conditioning switched on on arrival among other things.

We had a great stay! We picked this place mostly for the 3 bedrooms (so our little kids could space out & sleep) & pool. The outdoor space was incredible - stunning pool, comfortable chairs by the pool, big outdoor table, and plenty of sun/shade. The inside was very clean. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are very small. It wasn’t a problem for us because we spent most of our time outside or traveling to beaches, but just beware if you are planning for a crib in a room. The basement room is very big, just has a pull out couch as a bed. The kitchen was small but had the basics, and no table inside. The bathrooms are tiny and water spills out of the shower some. Water pressure and hot water were great though! The location was central and easy to drive to beaches nearby (Siviri fav beach, Afytos fav village). There is a beach about 30m away, but it is rocky with no chairs. The hosts were responsive and helpful, on the property a lot. Neighbors are close but bushes create privacy. Quiet and safe area!

Jera Suite is echt een aanrader! Rustig gelegen, op enkele minuten lopen van het centrum van Neos Marmaras, waar geweldige restaurants, leuke winkeltjes en prachtige stranden zijn. Het appartement was brandschoon, licht, modern ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. En het uitzicht vanaf het ruime balkon is adembenemend! De ontvangst van Nikos was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We komen héél graag nog eens terug!

Beautiful and peaceful place, amazing and caring hosts, very friendly, kind and communicative; welcomed us with food and gave us fruits and jam throughout our stay, made us feel just like at home :) perfect if you’re looking for a retreat, away from tourists. We enjoyed it so much and would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic stay in the Green Room! Everything was as described, the place is great and near the riviera. Maria and her mother took great care of us and we hope to stay here again if life takes us back to Neos Marmaras! 💜

Very good location. Might be a bit noisy if you don't like towns and crowds, but very close to the beach, various restaurants, etc. Parking in front of the house can be challenging (if you need to bring luggage) but there is plenty of space around. Apartment is very good, clean, kitchen is well equipped. Hosts are very kind (thank you for the cake :) ). Would recommend the place.

Vladimir on ystävällinen ja erittäin vieraanvarainen isäntä. Kiitos hedelmistä ja pizzasta. Asunnon parvekkeilta on upeat maisemat, kylä on vilkas ja viehättävä, ja rantaankin on vain lyhyt kävelymatka. Kannattaa kuitenkin huomioida, että talossa ei ole hissiä.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Einfach traumhaft! Unser Aufenthalt bei Pepa in Neos Marmaras war einfach fantastisch! Der perfekte Ort, um sich zu entspannen und das Leben zu genießen. 😌 Pepa war immer hilfsbereit und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, wann immer wir etwas brauchten. Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage und ist ein wahres Unikat. Besonders die Abende auf der Terrasse mit den grandiosen Sonnenuntergängen bleiben uns unvergesslich. Wir konnten gemütlich grillen, gemeinsam Karten spielen und unsere Kinder hatten jede Menge Spaß und ausreichend Platz zum Spielen. Es gab so viele kleine und große Dinge, die unseren Aufenthalt einfach unvergesslich gemacht haben – eine wahre positive Reizüberflutung! Vielen lieben Dank, Pepa! Vielen lieben Dank, Neos Marmaras und Griechenland! 🇬🇷 Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen, wenn wir erneut nach Griechenland reisen.
