This home Is located in the Independence Heights, with a quick 10-minute drive from Houston's most popular attractions! The Galleria, Downtown and also quick access to all major freeways and centrally located. Popular H-E-B Grocery store also Whole Foods on the next street. The kitchen provides cookware, coffee maker & toaster if you would like to cook at the home instead!

This Space is one of the two pool house suites that sits behind the main house (which can also be an additional Airbnb space or my residence), this is the upper unit. All three spaces share the luxurious back yard, spa and pool. Guest are limited to keep up with covid restrictions and to help ensure the chill vibe the space creates. No parties/events are hosted here and the only way to have the pool & spa privately, is to rent the entire compound. This is help ensure everyone can enjoy

Outstanding Clear Lake City, Houston home only 5 minutes to NASA JSC and 20 minutes to Downtown Houston, or the Kemah Boardwalk! The home features a huge pool and spa with a 4 ton rock waterfall! The pool and spa can be heated. Spa is free to heat but we charge to heat the pool in winter. The back patio is exceptionally large and perfect for enjoying the outdoor space day and night. What can I say about the house itself? This was our own home for 18 years and we made it delightful!
