I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Very cozy and clean. The place is very modern, it really felt like home away from home. Host was kind and staff were friendly and accommodating!

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I had a great stay at this property! The unit was exactly as described —clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. I really enjoyed the Japanese-inspired vibe. The overall aesthetic was peaceful and inviting, making it easy to relax. I slept well, cooked meals, and spent time unwinding with Netflix. Communication with Christine was excellent—she was proactive in checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. I’ll definitely book this place again the next time I’m in Pasay City. Thank you!

Vince's place is a cosy staycation, everything clean, in great condition and an extremely responsive host. No cockroaches or anything what is a must for me. Also helpful, understanding and supporting early check in for cases when need regards flights, what is may very important for many of us who coming straight from the airport. Have tried a lot of airbnbs, and this one feels like home. The host is very responsive and helpful, and the place aesthetics really made us relax. Yung mga little things like 4 yung water, 4 yung towel, kht 2 adults lang kami. They still considered our two kids. Those little things really are very thoughtful of them. Will definitely book again!

We had a great stay overall! The place was clean and comfortable, and we’ll definitely book again the next time we’re in the metro. Just a small note for improvement—one of the towels had an unpleasant smell, so I didn’t end up using it. It might also be helpful to have a kitchen towel and a bathroom rug available. I find Leyn's place very comfortable after long hours of travel from abroad. Sulit ang bayad. She is very friendly and very responsive upon queries.

It’s a lovely house and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The place is well-equipped and really feels like home. Air con works perfectly, and we had a great time staying here. The host was super responsive and helped us with everything we needed. Just a few small things to note - the curtains are blackout but still let in quite a bit of sunlight from the top and bottom. The main bedroom can get a bit noisy, even with the windows shut. The living room feels a little cramped because of the large sofa and dining table. Also, delivery guys aren’t allowed upstairs, so you have to go down every time for pickups, which can get a bit annoying. That said, overall, it’s a great place to stay.

The place was exactly what we expected. Every instruction, from check-in to check-out, was stated clearly, though I found it overwhelming. The kitchen is superb; every piece we used is elegant and durable. Obviously, the owner did not skimp.

Janine & Mao are such incredible hosts. They were very responsive with my queries and even suggested local restaurants in the area. The location is very central and close to the mall. Thank you again for hosting us!
