Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Pasay City

The place and ambiance inside is great. The thing is when you enter the property there are 2 stairs so old people or disabled are not advisable to stay to this property.

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Very cozy and clean. The place is very modern, it really felt like home away from home. Host was kind and staff were friendly and accommodating!

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I had a great stay at this property! The unit was exactly as described —clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. I really enjoyed the Japanese-inspired vibe. The overall aesthetic was peaceful and inviting, making it easy to relax. I slept well, cooked meals, and spent time unwinding with Netflix. Communication with Christine was excellent—she was proactive in checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. I’ll definitely book this place again the next time I’m in Pasay City. Thank you!

The place has everything we need. We truly appreciate the kitchen because my daughter has special diet. Robert provided fresh towels, shampoo, body wash, dishwashing liquid and tissue. The place has everything we could ask for. Plus the neighborhood is safe and walkable. All kinds of establishments are here.

Vince's place is a cosy staycation, everything clean, in great condition and an extremely responsive host. No cockroaches or anything what is a must for me. Also helpful, understanding and supporting early check in for cases when need regards flights, what is may very important for many of us who coming straight from the airport. All together 5.2 stars from 5 for my money. Recommended. Thank you for having us :)

Have tried a lot of airbnbs, and this one feels like home. The host is very responsive and helpful, and the place aesthetics really made us relax. Yung mga little things like 4 yung water, 4 yung towel, kht 2 adults lang kami. They still considered our two kids. Those little things really are very thoughtful of them. Will definitely book again!

5/5 – Wonderful Stay! The room was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water, toiletries, and a coffee maker. The location was perfect — close to MOA, restaurants, public transport, and local attractions. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and the host/staff was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay.

We had a great stay overall! The place was clean and comfortable, and we’ll definitely book again the next time we’re in the metro. Just a small note for improvement—one of the towels had an unpleasant smell, so I didn’t end up using it. It might also be helpful to have a kitchen towel and a bathroom rug available. Other than that, everything was spot on. Thanks again!

The place was exactly what we expected. Every instruction, from check-in to check-out, was stated clearly, though I found it overwhelming. The kitchen is superb; every piece we used is elegant and durable. Obviously, the owner did not skimp.

David’s place is a good place when you need to be close to airports or you have events around Parañaque or Pasay. The facilities are new and working properly. David has been always responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The only issue I had was the internet connection - it isn’t that stable and fast. Since I also have to work during my stay, it became a problem. It’s pretty decent for regular browsing though. Nonetheless, my stay is ok! I would choose to stay here again. Thank you, David.

I stayed at Ian’s place for almost three weeks, and I had a great experience. The location is very convenient—close to malls and restaurants, making it easy to get around. The unit itself was clean and well-maintained, and I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. What I appreciated most was how responsive Ian was. He always replied quickly to my questions, which made everything smoother and more comfortable. Booked the place for two nights and here are some things that I'm honest about the place. 1. The host allowed me to check-in an hour early and still managed to get the unit very clean. He was very thoughtful in providing me branded slippers for my stay plus appreciated the thought that there's a pack of rice incase you want to cook. 2. Area was 4/5 clean but I still gave a 5-star rating since it was manageable and presentable. 3. Lastly, the unit is very close to the elevator. So convenient for future guests. Also gave a scenic view of Pasay. Over all, worth the stay! Will preferably come back!
