Holiday rentals with a patio in Pasig River

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The place was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The location was convenient to us since we planned to visit Starcity, with nearby stores. The aesthetic of the place is top notch and great for birthday photos (just like I did). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again! (Thank you Host for the free Nespresso capsules! Hihi)

Jun's place is ideal if you're looking somewhere nice yet affordable to stay at in Makati. As the unit is located in the Poblacion area, there are tons of restaurants to try. I very much appreciate the guaranteed parking, so I don't have to park my car on the street. Bed was super comfy and there's a giant TV for your Netflix sessions.

Listing's photos are either 1:1 or an upgraded interior 💯 The moment you get into the unit, you'd wish it was your own place with how homey it felt & looked ✨️ Kenneth & Eddie's unit is so well-maintained and had complete furniture that we're surprised it's their only listing so far, it seemed like the place was handled by professionals! (I'd say they even beat highend hotels 🤭) The tower's location is so convenient: 2 malls right beside it for restos, Landers at the ground floor, the sidewalks are wide and it's perfect for jogging/getting your daily walks. If you need to travel to Makati, Manda, Pateros, and Pasig, it's quite easy to travel between these cities. High street, SM Aura, and Marketmarket aren't too far off of a walk either. Likewise, staff were friendly & strict when it mattered. If youre looking for a place to crash, wfh, or simply just relax (perhaps youre the type to not want to be disturbed too much either?) You won't have regrets booking this place for sure 🥰

We had a wonderful experience staying in cathy's place. Easy to find,great location. A great host and very accomodating. I will definetly come back here again. Highly recommended.

Jins place was perfect for us. I like the lay out of the unit. Open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitvhen is equiped for cookinh. The sitting room is comfortable to relax and watch movies. The bedroom has a big, king bed that is SO comfortable. There are 4 pillow and a duvet. Having Jin as host is lovely. She is always on the ball. Always quick to reply and very polite. Wifi in great. The cleaner, Fe (I think is lovely). Jin has offered us to leave our luggage in the room even if it is not ready yet. We extended our stay and moved to a different unit, she also offered to transfer our stuff to T1. We very much appreciate you Jin. Thank you so much for making our stay trully comfortable.

Me and my friends had a great time. Approachable host and kind enough lend us his housekeeper when we asked for a housekeeper to help us tidy up the place he is willing to send us one to help. We’ll probably go back soon. 🥰

My friends and I had an excellent stay at Ms. Liezl’s unit. The host was very responsive and helpful from check-in to check-out. The unit was clean and cozy, complete with everything we need including toiletries and the host was kind enough to provide freebies like bottled water and coffee for each guest (Thank you!). The view from the balcony alone is worth what you’ve paid for. Just to note that if you’re bringing your own car, make sure that you coordinate with booking a parking slot prior your arrival for a smooth check-in. Overall, Ms. Liezl’s place is highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed at Marvin’s place for 7 nights and had a great time. The place was super clean and in a really convenient location ☺️ close to everywhere we wanted to go. Marvin was easy to communicate with and made everything smooth. Would definitely stay again!

Patrick was a very accomodating host and the property was able to accomodate our team building participants. Kitchen and bathroom supplies are complete and the pool was clean and refreshing. The property was accessible and there's plenty of convenience stores nearby. Definitely a quick getaway in the middle of the metro!

Check-in and check-out were super smooth, and the room was really clean. I believe this place has a great view when the building lights are on. I’ll definitely come back during the season when the lights are on.

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Rolando was friendly, prompt, amazing, and an all around wonderful human being. We had a small issue with some ants and his team was there fixing it within a few hours in the middle of the night. I will absolutely be staying here again during our next trip.

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

I stayed for one night and had a fantastic experience. The condo was exceptionally clean, quiet, and offered a beautiful view from the high floor perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Everything was well-maintained and exactly as expected. What stood out the most was the overall peacefulness of the place, which made it feel like a true retreat in the middle of the city. I didn’t encounter any issues during my stay and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, calm, and comfortable spot.

This unit is very clean, spacious, and has all the amenities one would need for a short stay. WiFi speed is commendable. The balcony is bigger than the ones in the other Prisma units I've stayed in. Sir Ross is also a great host--very quick to respond and accommodating even of last-minute request. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay! The place looked just as those in the photos :). The furniture, appliances, and other details about the room were pristine (no worn out sofas or tables, etc). We liked the expanding table (it felt unique out of other bnbs in the area). We had a small issue when we extended the stay, but we were able to talk to them in a timely manner and were able to resolve the concern 😁. Might book again soon! Thank you!

It’s a lovely house and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The place is well-equipped and really feels like home. Air con works perfectly, and we had a great time staying here. The host was super responsive and helped us with everything we needed. Just a few small things to note - the curtains are blackout but still let in quite a bit of sunlight from the top and bottom. The main bedroom can get a bit noisy, even with the windows shut. The living room feels a little cramped because of the large sofa and dining table. Also, delivery guys aren’t allowed upstairs, so you have to go down every time for pickups, which can get a bit annoying. That said, overall, it’s a great place to stay.

Great place to stay! Very cozy and peaceful place. Also, the condominium is not crowded so there was no elevator traffic.

My stay at the Taylor Swift Staycation was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend it. Communication with Jane was excellent from start to finish. They were always quick to respond and very helpful. The space itself was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The collection of Taylor Swift memorabilia is amazing and a wonderful space for any Swiftie to enjoy!

The place was as described - clean and homey. We actually live nearby and just needed a place to stay during a scheduled power interuption in our own condo. We only had to bring a few things since the place already includes all necessary appliances and kitchen essentials. Would definitely recommend staying in the area since it's near a lot of restos, malls and groceries. We had a comfortable stay.
