Nate’s tiny home was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures! I had requested an early check-in due to my brother’s college orientation, and Nate was very accommodating. He even offered suggestions for local businesses to check out my brother’s check-in time finished earlier than expected, which I really appreciated since I wasn’t familiar with the area and didn’t want to be a bother. I absolutely loved my stay—everything felt cozy and welcoming, just like home. I’m already looking forward to booking again, hopefully for a longer stay next time!

Loved our stay at this home in Elizabeth City 🩷 It had everything we needed (including an entire playroom for our 23 month old). We had a small issue with the microwave, which Tam quickly addressed. We were able to use the oven and stove instead just fine. The view over the corn field was beautiful and the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We wanted to move in LOL! It was so sweet to see welcome goodies from the host too. We would love to come back any time we’re in the area visiting family.

The River House was the perfect getaway for a month. The location is removed enough to feel peaceful and serene, yet a quick drive into town for groceries didn’t feel daunting. Some highlights: - The sunroom is a huge perk and we loved reading in there - Hosts provided lots of fun ways to enjoy the property and water - kayaks, floaties, outdoor seating, fire pit, etc - Joan is the nicest, friendliest point of contact. Couldn’t have asked for a better host - The entire house is super well stocked, including anything & everything you could need in the kitchen, tons of extra towels, and snuggly blankets to use on the couch

Great place and location. Very nicely decorated space that was relaxing and clean. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable bed. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice surprise as we arrived after a long drive and enjoyed a glass before walking to dinner in town. We would stay here again and recommend to others.
