A peaceful country house set in the heart of the south east . The 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 people with a large kitchen and dining area along with a comfortable sitting room to relax and unwind. The house is located half way between Waterford(20 minutes) that offers the Greenway and New Ross( 15 minutes) with the Dunbrody famine ship and much more. You can experience our fresh milk from the farm, fresh spring water and home baking. The Tranquil setting also has scenic walking trails.

The Swallow's Nest is a tiny barn which sits between Slievenamon & the Comeragh mountains, in the glorious valley known as The Honeylands but is only a ten minute drive from Clonmel, Tipperary's County town.

Deck exclusively for guest use. The Studio has underfloor heating, hob and microwave, no oven.

"Stable Cottage"

"Stable Cottage" is an old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse. It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old beams, pine boarded floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally, it was the stable where the horses were sheltered and fed for the winter months while the wheat, feed oats etc was stored on the loft overhead.
