It’s a beautiful apartment with a proactive hosting team. The apartment is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood and rooms are nicely furnished. We reported some issue late night, and it was fixed right next day during the hours that we were out. We would stay here again next time we go to Rome. I highly recommend this apartment.

This was our favorite spot on our trip. The bees buzzing, flowers blooming, birds chirping…. Nice to slow down after busy Rome!

We found the perfect rental in Anguillara Sabazia. This home is even more lovely in person. We had everything we needed. The views from the balcony are amazing.

Great accommodation with parking space available in a lively city with lots of restaurants. We stayed there to visit Rome, and it is easily accessible by train. The housing access information provided by Veronica was clear. In addition, Veronica is hyper responsive to messages and recommended us very good restaurants.

Consuelo was very welcoming and immediately made me feel at home. She took the time to show me around the apartment and offered to make me reservations for dinner. The apartment was very comfortable and the record collection is killer! Will definitely book again next time I'm in Nepi.

Nice apartment just outside the city centre on a farm. Well kept and well equipped. Two good bedrooms, clean and fresh feeling. Very friendly host who helped us with recommendations and more. We only stayed one night but would gladly come back again.

This is a beautiful apartment in an incredibly central location - literally around the corner from Piazza di Spagna. It was lovely to sit out on the balcony in the morning and in the evening, and enjoy being in the heart of Rome. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Plus, super comfy bed !

Paola was a dream to work with and the place was sparkling beautiful. It felt like we were VIP’s. She met with us and greeted us kindly. We really enjoyed the place. It felt like a luxury resort more than an AirBNB. Paola is very friendly and is generous in many ways. We will book here again!

Andrea's apartment is very cozy, tastefully furnished and full of interesting solutions. In the heart of the city, just a stone's throw from the Gregorian Park and a short walk from Villa d'Este. Despite being so central, it is very quiet. In addition, Andrea welcomed us in person with great kindness, which is always a pleasure

This place was absolutely beautiful we were made to feel right at home. We had great links to the metro to pop into the centre of Rome with ease or to connect to other stations to go further afield. The flat is beautiful, the sunset every night was magical. It was great to have a place to get away from some of the crowds in Rome and then venture in when we were up for it. Andrea was probably the best host we have had, super attentive, was open to give really helpful recommendations and invite us to local events, and he filled the stay with bonus things like all of the stuff you need to make a pasta dinner on your arrival and some local prosecco it was just the best. Highly recommend, would be lucky to go back ourselves!

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2025.The location is central to everything and lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The large outdoor patio was a great spot to rest and relax at the end of a busy walking day. The beds were comfortable. Apartment was clean. The hosts were very flexible in allowing us to store our luggage a few hours before check in time. We would definitely stay here again should we visit Rome !

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.
