The condominium is excellent and the pool is the strong point, it is giant and the water is hot until closing time (22:00). Perfect location, easy to find, close to paradisiacal beaches and next to a cool restaurant. Karina responds quickly and has been very solicitous despite the fact that I don't even need to contact you after check in. I intend to return soon and would recommend to anyone.

It was a wonder, the super cozy space!! The barbara saved us, we checked in at 23 at night due to unforeseen with another accommodation we had taken… The stay there was amazing, the condominium is super complete and well located.

Our super stay was worth it! The photos and description reflect exactly what the location looks like! The apartment is a grace, the condo idem! On the side is a restaurant and is in front of a station with a service station! Ellen was super attentive with us! We'll be back soon for sure!!!

Wonderful Place. A peace and silence I've never seen. Who is a rented car will have no difficulty buying anything. Within a radius of up to 17min you can buy whatever you need. I just missed a washing machine. But that didn't take away the glow of this marvelous place. Security was the most impressive. I just have to thank you for staying with my family for these 3 wonderful days. I hope to come back.

The apartment is very well equipped, has everything in the drawers and cabinets, from cleaning items to cooking and table setting items. Everything very clean and neat. It is well located, access is very simple. It is not necessary to take any dirt roads and it is on the main road. Even on the main road, it's very quiet. The condominium is very nice: it has a swimming pool, garage and a simple gym, as well as outdoor tables and chairs for meals and snacks in an open space, if necessary. Despite having a pool in the condominium, it is very quiet and you cannot hear the children playing in the pool when you are inside the studio. Japaratinga is really cool! With quiet beaches all year round, calm waters even at high tide. There are good restaurant options nearby. I recommend PizzaMia for dinner! Check-in and checkout were very easy to do and the photos in the listing match what we saw.

The only not so pleasant event was that the advertisement said it was a room with a double bed and a room with two single beds, but in fact both rooms had a double bed, and one guest ended up sleeping in the living room.

An impeccable residence as described in the listing. Spacious and clean rooms, all with air conditioning, clean water in all rooms (something that in São Miguel dos Miracles is difficult to have). Quiet and local condominium to park two vehicles perfectly, plus quick answers about any questions and extremely efficient and gentle collaborator. I recommend the residence to people who are demanding and looking for comfort.

We love the house facing the beach of the carpenters. The house has great rooms, all new and of excellent quality. Herminia always responded quickly to questions about the house, indicating markets and places that deliver, which helped us a lot, we didn't leave the house to buy anything, everything was delivered (market, fish and pharmacy). The employees Monica, Rai and Cleia were excellent, Cleia made very good food and was always attentive and available to help. It was a great week with the family in a wonderful location on Marceneiros beach. The condominium is very good, it looks very new and the house has an incredible location in the condominium, a few steps from the sand.

Our stay, presented by the friendly Junior, was super comfortable. The facilities of the house and the condominium are of extreme good taste and fulfill their function perfectly. Swimming pools and natural landscapes are fascinating. Very well-equipped condominium academy. The house was in the process of improvement, but it was already well structured to welcome guests. We stayed in 6 people and a baby, which was well received with a portable crib and made the stay more comfortable for him and for the family. I recommend and would come back at other times.
