A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.

Great starting point for visiting the Peligna Valley and the surroundings full of landscapes and picturesque villages. The house has stairs from the ground floor to the upper floor where there is a bathroom and a double bedroom. Parking is free about 50 meters from the house.
