Close to Chamonix and Saint-Gervais, the apartment (about 45 m2 – 1 bedroom – separate toilet) is located on the ground floor of our chalet. Quiet, southwest facing (terrace), ultra easy access, new, bright, and cheerful. Close to everything (ski resorts, Mountain Store/Quechua, swimming and recreational lake, walks, Thermes de Saint-Gervais, Mont Blanc Tramway...) it is ideal for exploring the Mont Blanc region. My 40 m2 apartment benefits from great comfort and a cozy and warm atmosphere. It is located on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator). Its east/south/west facing balcony offers magnificent panoramic views of Mont Blanc, Mont Joli... Close to Chamonix, Les Houches, Saint Gervais, Megève and 10 minutes from Plaine Joux (skiing, paragliding, hiking...). Shuttle at the foot of the building.

This is a lovely chalet. It is modern and very well maintained. The host was friendly and responsive. There are amazing views of Mt Blanc. We saw the sun rise over Mt Blanc from bed! We came as a family of 5 for a weeks ski trip. We skied in Saint Gervais (15-20 mins drive) and Les Contamines (30 mins drive).
