La sign.a Sara che ci ha accolto e' stata gentilissima. L'appartamento è spazioso e accogliente con un bel giardino, l'ideale per il NS. labrador e x chi ama la tranquillità. Molto apprezzato il pass parcheggio gratuito x Levanto.

It’s very secluded and has only one restaurant - make a reservation beforehand for the restaurant! - taxi costs 25 euro to and from levanto, so be prepared for that!

Location, location, location! If you’re looking for a secluded, peaceful spot that’s still within walking distance to restaurants and beaches, this place is perfect. Virginia was a wonderful host—super responsive and thoughtful. She even got us a parking pass for our car, which was a huge help. The view is stunning, and the area is quiet with plenty of shade, plus a sunny area below if you want to soak up the sun. The full kitchen was a great bonus. The town itself is charming—quiet with lots of great restaurants. And the beach? Amazing. When you walk down from the house, head left of the port where the boats come in—that stretch is all soft sand with no rocks in the water. Highly recommend this stay!

100% Empfehlung! Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt und eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Alex und Cinzia. Die beiden sind mit Abstand die tollsten und liebenswürdigsten Gastgeber, die ich bisher über Airbnb hatte. Cinzia und Alex sind zuvorkommend, immer gut erreichbar, hilfsbereit und so liebenswürdig, dass wir uns ab dem ersten Moment wohl gefühlt haben. Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch mitten in den Hügeln vor Levanto, von Natur umgeben und es ist sehr ruhig. Nachts glitzert die Umgebung von den Glühwürmchen😍Durch die Lage sind die Nächte angenehm kühl. Cinzia und Alex haben die Wohnung mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, man fühlt sich dadurch sofort wie Zuhause. Und das Beste ist, dass den Gästen zwei E-Bikes zur Verfügung gestellt werden, wodurch wir das Auto nahezu die gesamte Zeit stehen lassen konnten. 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zum Strand, der nächste größere Lebensmittelladen ist auch in wenigen Minuten mit dem Rad erreichbar. Dieser Ort ist pure Entspannung

Il fiore all’occhiello dell’alloggio sta nella vista incantevole che offre, unica come poche nella zona. Il monolocale è provvisto di una cucina in ottimo stato e provvista del necessario, microonde, macchina caffe lavazza con cialde, comodo divano letto, tv con servizi. Molto pulito con un buon livello di confort generale. Attenzione pero: il posto auto riservato si trova a livello della SS Aurelia. L’appartamento è invece sottoposto per diverse decine di metri di dislivello. Bisogna considerare che ci sarà d’affrontare una buona serie di scalini. La discesa in auto è possibile, ma la strada per dimensioni e tortuosità richiede particolare attenzione ed abilità. Giancarlo di suo è una persona affabile, comprensiva, disponibile come poche tra gli host che ho incontrato finora. Vi farà sentire a casa e coccolati. Sicuramente tornerò presto!

Amazing place to stay when visiting CT! The host was very responsive and accommodating. The views from this place is magical and the place is very cute! It has everything you need to cook too. I would make sure you are up for a daily hike to and from the place. But it was all worth it for us. We would book again!

Wir waren 12 Tage in dem Haus und haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Alessandra war blendend. Sie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nachdem wir einen nicht funktionierenden Toaster moniert hatten, hat sie am selben Tag einen Ersatz organisiert. Ihr Vater Vittorio, der sich um den Garten kümmert, ist sehr liebenswert. Er hat uns mehrfach mit Gemüse aus seinem Garten versorgt. Wir haben uns prächtig mit ihm unterhalten. Das Haus liegt 180 Höhenmeter über und ca.3,5 km entfernt von Levanto. Da wir E-Bikes dabei hatten, war der Weg kein Problem. Wir haben das Auto die ganze Zeit in Montale stehen gelassen, da die Parkmöglichkeiten in Levanto sehr eingeschränkt sind. Den hauseigenen überdachten Parkplatz haben wir nicht genutzt, da er für unseren VW Tiguan zu knapp bemessen war. Wir haben dafür einen Parkplatz im Ort gefunden. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse aus ist toll, die Gegend sehr ruhig. Einzig der Blick zum Meer hat gefehlt. Das wussten wir aber vorher.

The place has an absolutely beautiful view of the valley below leading to the town above Cinque Terre. We arrived early and were met by the people who clean the house. They were very kind and friendly and really set the mood of our stay. Alessandro provided tips for visiting Cinque Terre and responded within minutes to any of our questions. Be warned there are a lot of steps but it was well worth the climb for us. if we are ever in the area again, we will stay there again.
