This is one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed. The home is in an amazing village and is so peaceful and beautiful with great views. The location is very accessible to fun hiking trails. Lousã is good to stock up on groceries. The home has good wifi and the bottle of wine the host left was such a thoughtful and pleasant surprise. We really liked sitting on the patio having food and wine and just taking in all of the surroundings. I have never been somewhere so unique. Such a special place.

Although short, we enjoyed our stay, the house corresponded to the description, located in a pleasant space and close to main areas such as Mafra and Ericeira. We recommend it.

Apartment 2 steps from the seaside, bars, restaurants, not far from the funicular that drops you off on the heights of the north beach (surf). Ideally located rental. Of course, we recommend this accommodation designed on 2 levels, 👍🏼

We were very satisfied, especially the great garden and billiards room were great. The house is in a very quiet area, you could listen to the birds chirping. Overall a very spacious place to stay, we were satisfied.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage is beautiful. The area is peaceful and quiet. There is a little grocery store and restaurant within walking distance. It was a lovely spot to stay and drive to Fatima and other sites in the area. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. We had a little trouble finding the place and they came right away and met us. Would definitely stay again!!

This was a lovely stay, at Casal do Varatojo. Sara and the whole family were wonderful. We enjoyed a yoga class, and my daughter loved the surroundings, Fátima, the pool, the friendship with Camila, everything really. The blackout happened during our stay, and I'll never forget how they were so proactive in providing information and all that was needed to make our lives easier. Thank you for everything!

This is a magical place and we are very thankfull that we could make it our home for a long weekend. It was beautiful from the inside and the outside. With cosy corners to sit and read by yourself, or nice bigger tables to eat or chat with the whole group together. The pool, the view, it is even more breath taking then on the pictures. Beautiful location: great for walking locally, plenty of historic sites nearby, the coast is only a short drive away. The bungalow has everything you need and is spotlessly clean. Beautiful view from the lounge. Very friendly host.

A perfect stay in a lovely little town. Close to Nazare, Batalha, Obidos, Alcobaça and Tomar. The hosts were super! We were even able to checkin early! Can’t wait to return!!

The apartment has stunning views of Nazare, it’s ideally situated for the amazing views & a 10 minute walk to the beach where there are lots of great restaurants. Carlos communicated promptly and provided suggestions of restaurants in Nazare prior to our arrival. The apartment was very well equipped, spotlessly clean and we enjoyed our 5 day stay. Beautiful place. More beautiful than the pictures! A great value for the price. Meals on the balcony were gorgeous! What a view!! Christina was very accommodating. The house was super clean and had everything we needed.

Charming and peaceful.Elio was very friendly and helpful to us and spoke very good English which helped since we do not have much Portuguese. The cottage was lovely and the surrounding countryside stunning. We enjoyed the pool and also the little plunge pool just outside our front door.
