This one bedroom annex is part of a 200 year old barn conversion. Based in the Nidderdale area of outstanding natural beauty, the accommodation has its own private access and garden with seating area, internally the annex can accommodate 2 people and one friendly dog,unfortunately we can't accept Labradors due to the shedding of there coats, (please ensure you register your dog when booking). Set in the heart of Pateley Bridge one minute walk from the award winning high street which consists of pubs, tea rooms, butchers, bakers, the oldest sweet shop in the world plus much more. Beautifully decorated throughout, our cottage has one king size bedroom, one large triple room of twin beds plus additional single, house bathroom, open plan living, dining and kitchen area with access to rear decked area.

Enjoy your stay in our refurbished studio apartment on our working Dairy Farm here in the beautiful area of Nidderdale. It’s compact but makes a great base for odd night/weekend stays. There is onsite parking. It’s well located for discovering the nearby attractions of Pateley Bridge, Brimham Rocks, the Cathedral City of Ripon and Fountains Abbey. We are situated just above the popular Nidderdale Way so our apartments a great base for those who enjoy walking. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

The Flat

This luxury loft style apartment has its own large indoor hot tub, pool table, 65"TV with sky UHD, Alexa with unlimited music, jukebox, super king bed and balcony with panoramic views of the valley. Whether you are staying for a special occasion, a weekend away, or one of the Piece Hall gigs, the flat gives you the best of both worlds- views over the valley while still being in the center of town. With bars, restaurants, and the retail district close by for supplies and some retail therapy.

We have built this Pullman style railway carriage and sighted it over looking the old Nidd Valley railway line that runs through the farm. He’s 24ft by 9ft and very luxurious. With shower, toilet, kitchen, heating... in fact everything you will need for a stay away. We have reclaimed many railway items including the four handles, luggage rack, lamps, signs and much more. He is authentic as he can be. Outside is covered area overlooking wonderful Dales view, fire pit, seating and table.

A charming cottage a mile from Brimham Rocks, attached to the main farmhouse at Springhill and powered by renewable energy. With a private garden, on-site parking, and views over moor and dale, it’s perfect for couples or small families. Inside, enjoy a cosy living space with a log burner (logs provided), well-equipped kitchen, shower/wet room, and upstairs a king bedroom plus a walk-through space with twin bed (single futon chair bed and a single bed). We also allow up to 2 pets.

The End Place is a self-contained cottage adjoining Moorhouse Cottage. Downstairs is open plan, comprising a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with wood burning stove. A glass wall ensures uninterrupted views across Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, as well as starry-night skyscapes. Upstairs opens out into a magical, fairy-lit, vaulted bedroom with a king size brass bed adorned with crisp linen and includes en suite with shower.
