Condo holiday rentals in Pathum Thani

We stayed at Yannisa place, majority for working from home purposes. The internet was good and stable. Late check in available and K.Yannisa was very helpful and responsive. The property is very secure, with 24 hours security manning the entrance. However, one minor things to note is the aircon during our stay was not as cool. But there is an aircon and the room was located on level 9 so heaps of breeze. Overall worth the price, would come back again.

Very good place for very good price. Although the place was compact, all electronics worked surprisingly well. Wifi, washing machine, and warm water, all worked better than in any other condo I rented before. Big malls are also nearby, about 10 minutes with grab. Cozy place, not too loud enviornment outside while still accessible. The only negative thing worthy of mentioning is there were sometimes rats in the garbage room (not in the condo), and during the nights you could hear something moving on the inside of the roofs, likely the rats. If this would bother you as a potential guest, I suggest double-checking with the host if the rat situation has improved. Despite the rats and the roof sounds, this place was still overall a great 5/5 from me.

It is situated near BTS Khu Khot, 5 mins walk. Nearby amenities - small mall next to BTS with Tops, Watson, bakery, restaurants and on condo property there's hair salon, pharmacy, massage, optical shop. 7-11, KFC, 24hr laundromat and more eatries in PTT station next to condo. You can get fresh produce at Makro which is a 10min walk. If you like staying just outside of Bangkok, this is the place. It takes about 45mins by BTS to Sukhumvit area. Lady host is super responsive to messages and very helpful with any issues you may face. Room is equipped with wifi, full kitchen, washer for short or long stay. Glad to stay with a superhost.

The unit was absolutely spotless and matched the description perfectly. The location is ideal especially if you’re attending an event or concert in Thailand. We chose this place because it’s very close to Impact Arena, and it couldn’t have been more convenient. We stayed for three nights and it truly felt like home. Transportation was hassle free, the place is easy to find on maps, and there’s a 7-Eleven (24 hours) and several restaurants (open until around 11 PM) nearby, so getting food or essentials was never a problem. Grab for both car rides and food delivery was also easily accessible. Big thanks to our host, Jumpot, who was incredibly responsive and helpful. He kept me updated after booking and patiently waited for us when our flight delay caused a late check-in around 11 PM. I’ll definitely book this place again for my next concert trip to Bangkok!

Very comfortable with everything you need for long-term stay. The place is unbelievably quiet and the common area is a beautiful garden with swimming pool. Being able to swim and go to a small gym or study room is a plus. There is also a clean water machine in the laundry room. Would definitely recommend for people staying at the Thammasat University.

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The condo complex was wonderful, with a fantastic pool that was perfect for relaxing. It’s in a great location—just a short ride to DMK airport and close to a local market with fresh fruits and other essentials. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped stay in a convenient area!

The place was clean, easy to get to, very hospitable, very hospitable owner, quick response, attention to every detail, well stocked the second stay. Next time, Bangkok would recommend this place.
