Beachfront holiday rental in Patillas

Great location to the center of town. Lots of cute little restaurants and bars. 2 playgrounds within walking distance. The one in the center is more updated. Small beach area across the street but some really nice beaches about 20 minute drive. The house itself is perfect. 3 bedrooms. Nice kids room with large bunk bed. Hosts provide beach chairs. Nice accommodations!

I don't use the term "breathtaking" as a rule, but I literally gasped when I saw (and heard) the pounding surf at the edge of the property. The view of the coastline, including the lighthouse, was glorious. The house was everything you could ask for and more, including a well-furnished kitchen. The only glitch was that the Google map pin didn't work, and we drove right by the house. But we texted the caretaker who responded immediately and drove to meet us and led us right to the spot. She could NOT have been more helpful, gracious, and accommodating. We walked to a nearby restaurant for dinner and made friends with the local cats, dogs, and chickens. We had a memorable 2 nights. Wish it could have more.

Juan's place was absolutely magical. One of the best most memorable places I stayed. The ocean view with the pool was so relaxing. We loved every part of this stay. Liza was amazing in giving us recommendations and very good with communication. We felt very welcomed as we had a very late arrival in the early hours of the morning. They provided some snacks and coconuts which was absolutely a lifesaver after a long travel day. The El pasicado restaurant just a minute away was amazing and so fresh. The beach has easy access with a nice sandy beach. I recommended this place as it was definitely worth what we paid. I will be back for sure!

Somehow this place was even better than the pictures. The entire place was beautiful. You could walk to the beach in less than 60 seconds and then come rinse off and relax in the pool. This is easily the nicest airbnb I have stayed in. I believe the ignitor on the grill is out but that doesn't really matter because there was grill lighters inside to get it started. They had extra propane tanks too. The nextdoor neighbor was also extremely friendly and a joy to talk to. It is about an hour from el yunque national forest. The nearest grocery store is only 10 minutes away. It was well worth the money and I would definitely come back.

Beautiful home! We had a great time soaking in the sunshine lounging by the pool and on the balconies. The living room and TV spaces were comfortable and there was a fun surprise basket of toys for our toddler to explore! There’s a great trail for walking or running through the neighborhood which we loved as well. Great spot!

Nice place clean and quiet beautiful view

A beautiful stay with super attentive hosts. Helped us get powers back up and running within minutes of contact. Very thoughtful selection of amenities for house and beach trips!

The view of the spectacular sea. The wagon is in an accessible and easy to find place. Everything was very set for our stay and it had everything we needed. In addition, the restaurant in front, the food was AAA.

Really a cute place. Beds were extremely comfy. AC worked great. Good wifi. Nice kitchen with everything you need (except a wine opener). We enjoyed outdoor living for the most part. Great pool, but only has 1 lounger; needs another lounger or 2. Aida's tips were great! Warning: you can't swim in front of the house. Rocks, rough, riptide. It was a pain to have to drive to a beach when we had one right in front of us. That was the only downfall and we wouldn't rent there again only because we like to swim in the sea. This house is right on a very loud road. Not sure why Puerto Ricans have to drive with their music blaring? You get used to it. Great overall!

The best part was waking up to the sound of the ocean and the beautiful view. The kids loved the pool. I used the pool deck for yoga, which was perfect. We had breakfast by the pool. I felt amazing at Amy and Noe's place. They were very communicative. We also used the kitchen a lot and had breakfast and dinner at home. Close by grocery made it very simple. Some things could be improved, such as the quality of the towels and bedsheets. But that's my personal opinion. At night, kids had trouble sleeping with the cat and dog noise. They are not used to those noises, We had Apt 3, one of the bedrooms was next to the roads, and you could hear the night traffic, just so that you know, which didn't bother me as much as it bothered the kids. At night, mosquitoes were by the pool, and we used bug spray. All warm places will have such issues unless you dump lots of chemicals. So bring your favorite bug spray. We enjoyed the place and will visit again.

Angelina and her husband Fidel were awesome host. The property is beautiful and both Angelina and Fidel were helpful with information and guidance with all house anemeties. The property has a spectacular view of the beach and ocean. Surely a heavenly view! I recommend it for any family, looking for room accommodation, and a wonderful time! Also near some top rate restaurants only within minutes. This one I will surely return to. Thank you so much for letting us use your beautiful property Angelina and Fidel.

Ocean Pearl did not disappoint! Both the host and property were amazing and exceeded expectation throughout the duration of our trip. We were a party of nine and the house more than accommodated our needs. The house is very clean and stocked with everything needed to "feel at home". The property grounds were incredible with so many beautiful plants, fruit trees, coqui and other wildlife. We really enjoyed the luxury of having a full outdoor kitchen and covered sitting area, we used both daily which allowed us to spend time together while enjoying the wonderful sights and sounds outdoors. Ocean Pearl is a 10 out of 10! We cant thank our host enough for allowing us the pleasure of staying at this beautiful tropical paradise.

We had a magical family vacation at Casa del Sol! The house was well equipped and exactly as pictured. The views were remarkable! The town of Patillas was friendly, kind and peaceful! We loved the local restaurants. Carla and Irene were both responsive when we had a question or needed a recommendation. We felt right at home! Traveling with three young kids (9, 7 with special needs and 5) can be so stressful but I can honestly say this trip was stress free AND enjoyable! One of the best family vacations we have ever had! Thank you to Carla and Irene!

Brenda's place was perfect! We came with two families (4 adults, 3 children). The kids enjoyed the bunk bed room, and the adults each had a room to themselves. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and the occasional dinner on the BBQ and all being able to eat together at the large table in the kitchen. The covered area by the pool is fantastic. The fans kept the heat and bugs at bay, the kids swam in the pools for hours (even in the rain), and having a bathroom downstairs by the pool was fantastic. Each morning we would get up early, walk across the street to the closed boat launch/ beach and snorkle. There were lots of fish to see and two mornings in a row there were manatees!!!!! We were within walking distance to some great restaurants and a short drive to different sites we wanted to see. It was a great experience. Would recommend to a friend.

We came to Nilda’s place to celebrate our anniversary and get some R & R. And that is exactly what we got and soooo much more! First & foremost, Nilda was THE BEST host - and I have stayed in ALOT of places. It was like staying with a family member. She warmly greeted us on the beach with a beverage, had the room decorated for our anniv, had a gift for us AND Puerto Rican coffee as she knew how much we love our coffee ☕️!! And cold drinks in the fridge. She gave us tons of local recommendations! The space was small, but has all you need. And if I did need anything, she was so responsive & took care of it asap! But the location!!! RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!!!!! Literally. Now this is a real beach. Not a well manicured, white sand beach but a beautiful REAL PR beach and just what we needed This was the best week we have had in a long time … the weather, the location and most importantly NILDA!! We had a lovely, relaxing stay! Nilda and her family were so warm and welcoming—we even got to do karaoke with them, which made us feel right at home. The location is amazing, right in front of the beach, with ocean views from the room. There are a few restaurants nearby, but having a car is ideal for exploring beautiful beaches and mountains just 5–20 minutes away. We stayed in Room 6, which was clean, well-organized, and beautifully decorated. A few notes for future guests: the room is cozy and worked well for our short stay, but it might feel a bit tight for larger guests. Also, the bed has a soft padded top, which we found comfortable, though those who prefer a firmer mattress might want to keep that in mind. Despite a rainy forecast, we had plenty of sunshine and even got a nice tan. Overall, a beautiful stay in a charming location with truly lovely hosts. Highly recommended!

Jim and Theresa’s place was peaceful, quiet, and well appointed. I enjoyed coffee on the porch over the rock beach and falling asleep to the sounds of waves crashing and coqui frogs. The kitchen was clean with the basics. Bed was really comfortable although my other half would have preferred slightly harder mattress. A car is required to get to anything as it is a bit far from most of the attractions. To me, this made it feel more homelike, quiet, and off the beaten path. I would highly recommend it for a couple looking for a slow paced vacation getaway.

Beautiful place, I recommend it 100%. The host is super friendly and the area is very clean. Fantastic smell. We'll definitely be back. If you are staying there do not hesitate to try the mofongo of the restaurant on the side (Calixtos) rich!!!❤️
