The rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1/2 outdoor bath, full kitchen, livingroom, gated parking for 1, an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ and private microbrewery. My wife and I live on the 2nd floor with our English Bull dog.

Beautiful apartment on the seashore. And with a large patio. In the house there is space for 12 guests and a kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils, but no plates, forks, or spoons. It has a coffee maker, coffee, and sugar. There is no hot water, but it is not cold either. All rooms have air conditioning. There is 1 bathroom in the house and an outdoor shower to remove sand.
