House holiday rentals in Patillas

We enjoyed our trip with 3 adults and 6 kids! Rural surroundings but had everything we needed. The pool was very popular with us and kept the kids busy. The kids loved searching for lizards and feeding the neighbor’s horses. The sound machines in the bedrooms helped drown out the rooster’s early morning calls. The hosts responded quickly to our messages.

My family loved this house and enjoyed our stay. Hector was always available to answer questions we had and very helpful. My family And I are already trying to book our next vacation. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

The house was perfect and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to big groups of people (lots of beds). The yard set up was perfect for both groups of adults and family time.

We had a fantastic stay at Jessica’s beachfront villa. Everything was exactly as described. The home was clean, comfortable, and ready for us when we arrived. Jessica was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location is incredible. The beach is just steps from the porch. The views fantastic. While the ocean currents make it less ideal for swimming right in front of the house, there is a sandbar where we safely splashed and played with our kids. It felt peaceful and private. Most days we had the beach entirely to ourselves. We loved walking the shoreline, collecting conch shells, giant sand dollars, sea glass, and other treasures. If you are looking for a quiet beach escape away from the crowds, this place is perfect. We would absolutely come back.

I can begin by saying this place was clean, big and very peaceful! It was the perfect place to celebrate our 37th wedding anniversary with our kids and grand baby. It’s was very comfortable for a Family of 7 plus a toddler. They pretty much stocked that entire home with every thing you might need, especially the kitchen. Private beach was perfect and pool was great. My so. Loved playing his vacation playlist on your Sonos system around the property! Last thing, Hector was amazingly helpful, went beyond his duties to make sure our stay was perfect, and always answered our calls, or texts. After renting so many homes this was the first time we had a Maintence person available to us and treated us like we were friends for a long time! Thank you Stephanie for thinking of everything, we will be back and you will be recommended! Until next time!

Ocean Pearl did not disappoint! Both the host and property were amazing and exceeded expectation throughout the duration of our trip. We were a party of nine and the house more than accommodated our needs. The house is very clean and stocked with everything needed to "feel at home". The property grounds were incredible with so many beautiful plants, fruit trees, coqui and other wildlife. We really enjoyed the luxury of having a full outdoor kitchen and covered sitting area, we used both daily which allowed us to spend time together while enjoying the wonderful sights and sounds outdoors. Ocean Pearl is a 10 out of 10! We cant thank our host enough for allowing us the pleasure of staying at this beautiful tropical paradise.

Brenda's place was perfect! We came with two families (4 adults, 3 children). The kids enjoyed the bunk bed room, and the adults each had a room to themselves. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and the occasional dinner on the BBQ and all being able to eat together at the large table in the kitchen. The covered area by the pool is fantastic. The fans kept the heat and bugs at bay, the kids swam in the pools for hours (even in the rain), and having a bathroom downstairs by the pool was fantastic. Each morning we would get up early, walk across the street to the closed boat launch/ beach and snorkle. There were lots of fish to see and two mornings in a row there were manatees!!!!! We were within walking distance to some great restaurants and a short drive to different sites we wanted to see. It was a great experience. Would recommend to a friend.

Beautiful views of the ocean. Loved having coffee looking out at the ocean every day. Cute and comfortable vacation home for our family of five. We didn’t use the downstairs bedroom (only for a load a laundry and to use the 2nd bathroom). Air conditioning units in each room were used when in the house got warm at night. It was communicated several time that the weekends are pretty “festive” and you can hear cars playing loud music from the road so that wasn’t a surprise. Sound machines are provided but we actually travel with one for our youngest child. After the first night the traffic noise/occasional loud playing car music didn’t bother us and only really noticed it on the weekend. Excellent communication ahead of our stay & during our stay. Hector was very friendly when posing questions. Actually everyone in the area was very friendly. We were glad we avoided the crowds in San Juan and experienced Patillas. Would definitely recommend this home to other families.

Casa Sandia is a gorgeous home, with a stunning view and fabulous pool. The host and property manager are very responsive so we felt well looked after and cared for. The house was very clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed, including a kettle and potato peeler. This is the Puerto Rico of my childhood, coqui at night, roosters roaming the streets and friendly, relaxed locals. Loved it.

What an amazing stay! This location is beautiful and so is the hospitality. The place had everything I needed to have a good night's rest. And the host was wonderful as well. Very clean and comfortable place out in the country...but still within minutes of downtown Yabucoa. I took lots of pictures of the outside surroundings. Stay here, you won't regret it!

We stayed in Sea View at Casa Wurster. I cannot begin to say enough good things about this rental. It was just spectacular! We had everything we needed - a well stocked kitchen & amenities, coolers, beach toys, paddles and balls for ping pong and pickleball, floats for the pool, bean bags! They thought of everything. Hector was super responsive to anything we needed help with although we should have had him order pizza for us lol. Neither place spoke much English and we got hung up on, lol. Russ was so fun to interact with and he has so much pride in the property - as he should! The grounds are meticulously kept and the views are simply stunning. While we did some traveling around to see the sites, we honestly could have just stayed at the house and had an amazing time. We played pickleball every day, we used the pool every day and hit up the beach across the street to cool off. Needless to say, we cannot WAIT to come back and stay again at Casa Wurster! Loved it!!!

Casa Wurster was a great place for our family vacation. We had a group of 9 (2 families), and we had plenty of space. The house was great, with spacious bedrooms, and 3 total full bathrooms. The kitchen was spacious and great for our group. The highlight of this house was the pool out back. It was the perfect size, heated, and clean. The kids spent many hours in this pool. The shaded patio out back by the pool was awesome, and included a bathroom, refrigerator, and sink. Perfect place to hang out for the afternoon, and not have to keep going into the house all wet. The overall property was also great, including a pickleball court, basketball hoop, and hiking up to the top of the property with amazing views. The property is right next to a main road along the coast. On weekends, that road is quite busy and loud, with a lot of local traffic and loud music. The private beach access was not useful, as it was pretty rocky, and very windy and wavy.

Excellent stay. Gladys was super sweet and very helpful. Felt rite at home. Views were beautiful.. I will definitely be returning with the family and will be recommending.

The house is close to restaurants and beaches. An excellent place for a different weekend.

We loved the space! We had a quiet day. Everything was impeccable, a very rich smell. We enjoyed the jacuzzi! We'll be back!!

Really a cute place. Beds were extremely comfy. AC worked great. Good wifi. Nice kitchen with everything you need (except a wine opener). We enjoyed outdoor living for the most part. Great pool, but only has 1 lounger; needs another lounger or 2. Aida's tips were great! Warning: you can't swim in front of the house. Rocks, rough, riptide. It was a pain to have to drive to a beach when we had one right in front of us. That was the only downfall and we wouldn't rent there again only because we like to swim in the sea. This house is right on a very loud road. Not sure why Puerto Ricans have to drive with their music blaring? You get used to it. Great overall!

Finca Corsica was exactly what my soul needed. This place is amazing, peaceful with beautiful surroundings. It made me feel like a kid again. We truly did not want to leave. Waking up every morning to breathtaking beach walks was heavenly. All our friends back home kept asking where we were...they all want to come. picking fruits, feeding farm animals, the sense of being in our own bubble of paradise is something we'll never forget. Casa Coral was very spacious, met all our needs, comfy beds, clean pool and being greated by Brownie every morning was so sweet, felt like home. definitely cant wait to come back. I honestly left a piece of my heart at Finca Corsica. Thank you Kevin for sharing such an amazing experience ❤️

Home away from home. We were very comfortable here. The property is beautiful. The house is very clean.

We loved our stay at Daniel and Desirae's place! It was clean, great decor, comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed the sound of tree frogs at night, the yoga deck overlooking the jungle with sweet neighborhood cats visiting, the unscented soaps and laundry (I literally travel with my own sheets because I'm allergic to perfume so this was a MAJOR plus for me). The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to make simple meals on the two burner stove top. They had a big jug of drinkable water which was also so handy. It's up in the mountains, so nice and quiet, but within 10-15 min drive to the beach and restaurants. The only thing to mention is you can't see the ocean from the house, but you can see if off the road at the top of the hill and definitely save the check in instructions because we didn't have cell service, just wifi once we got in the house. Damaris have been the best host that I ever had always responsive responsible her house is a beautiful place to stay in …everything was clean organize and it was a nice place to stay thank you Damaris for letting me and my family stay at your house it was a good experience I will defenitely book again with her ❤️❤️

Our stay here was nothing short of fantastic. The view coming out of the house our first morning was breathtaking. This little house is literally nestled right in between the Caribbean Sea and the mountains. Nearby are several exceptional restaurants and about 30 minutes away are smallish towns with shops, pharmacies, etc. The house is exactly as described, with a gorgeous outdoor living and dining room on the first floor near the pool, with a full bathroom. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, kitchenette, living room and another full bathroom. The beach was about 100 steps away from the property. The pool was fantastic for when the sea was a bit choppy and at night. We fished and swam in the sea and saw lots of sea life snorkeling. We wanted for nothing and the hosts were quick to respond, super helpful and very friendly. I can't wait to return! Note there are screens on the windows if you don't like bugs. We did encounter a few mosquitoes, but not many.

This was my first trip to Puerto Rico and I loved it like this experience was amazing the house had a beautiful view the house seas just amazing overall has everything we needed it was very peaceful even I would definitely be booking again 10/10 experience!
