Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Patmos

The house is in a convenient location very close to Skala and with many amenities within walking distance. In addition, it has a beach under the house for those who want to wake up early. Comfortable spaces, terrace, veranda, . Privacy, silence. Very well cared for in the typical island decor. Emily was very kind and welcomed us in person despite the late arrival time. She's a special person like her vacation home. A great experience to repeat

A wonderful place within walking distance to downtown Skala. Maria and her husband George were extremely flexible and allowed me to check in hours early, which was a very helpful accommodation. The home had everything you would need for a visit to Patmos - TV, internet, fresh linens and towels, clean bathroom and kitchen, even a washer/dryer if you wanted it. Friendly, great hosts that made my already wonderful stay in Patmos that much nicer!

just fabulous. the house is a dream. a nice hike but totally doable (i am over 75). super clean and pleasant. wind in the trees at night and no light pollution. milky way and stars. we loved the house. patmos has lots to offer: restaurants, beaches, nice coves, but nothing like the stars above alexandra's house, the sense of peace. We loved the short walk to Lefke's beach for the sunset. we just loved the house, the person (george) who help carry the suitcase up to the house. there were bottles of water waiting for us. my friend and i carried two bottles every time we went back home, and all was easy. five stars.

Gerry’s place is a gem in Patmos. Beautiful house decorated with taste. It has absolutely everything you can think of for a comfortable stay. Excellent location with what is essentially a private beach in front. 10 minutes from Skala and Hora and from nice beaches and restaurants. Very easy communication with Gerry, friendly and easy going host.

We had a wonderful stay at Georgia's. Georgia was a wonderful host: totally sweet, friendly, accommodating and always available! When we arrived (in the middle of the night) we already found water and snacks, so we were able to get through the first night well. The location of the house is great, as you can quickly walk to both Meloi (beach) and Skala. By car, you can reach other sights and beaches within 5 - 15 minutes. Because it is a little outside, it is totally quiet and therefore very relaxing to stay in the house or the spacious terrace and let your eyes wander (great garden, view of Meloi, view of Skala). The house is well equipped, the Internet worked perfectly. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time!

A very nice location with attention to detail, welcoming, comfortable and quiet. Everything is very functional. It's also nicer than the photos. It is not close to the beach but cool and with a small green and flowery garden where you can dine, drink or just stay outdoors. The neighbors are delicious and every morning Mrs. Maria served us sweets and cakes for breakfast. Parking is very close and often free and available. A little house that has immediately become familiar and of which I will keep a beautiful remember.

Lovely apartment and a delightful host! We stayed for a week in Theo’s apartment in Skala, Patmos. We had a wonderful time and cannot think of anything that would have made it better. The apartment is perfect - two minutes from the sea, a few minutes more to Skala centre, set back from the road so quiet and peaceful, set amongst gardens. The apartment was well equipped with everything needed for a self-catering stay, plus little extras to make life easier. However, best of all is Theo, who is the perfect host. She made our stay very special and by the end we felt part of her family! Our little boy took a real shine to Theo and was sad to say goodbye. Cannot recommend enough!

Patmos is an island that we long waited to visit again, and we thought that a month will be enough…but it wasn’t😁We still left some areas unexplored, making us to return☺️☺️ So it was important to have a really comfortable place also. We found this nice house that looked just like in the pictures, with white walls and blue window frames and a blue table with chairs. Specific greek😁😁We were happy to see that it was situated near Kampos beach area within a walkable distance, giving us the privacy we wanted. It was wonderful to have a sky full of stars every night seen from our garden. That was my favorite part about the location. The house was fully furbished, very clean, good wi-fi and had everyhing we needed. Nick was really nice having all this prepared for us, with a lovely welcoming basket with some greek goodies😊We even had weekly cleaning which was really nice of him to offer this. We did not need to buy anything. Definitely recommend this place☺️ Thank you Nick for these memo

A beautiful old house in a prime location: the breathtaking view from the roof terrace in particular compensates for minor shortcomings. The house is located in the middle of the narrow old town streets of Chora, is tastefully restored and very clean. Kyrlidis was always available to answer our questions and was also flexible in responding to short-term requests. One problem was the directions: despite GPS coordinates and video, the house was difficult to find.

We had a wonderful visit to Patmos and a major reason was the hospitality of Lilka and George and the quality of the Airbnb apartment. We highly recommend it for perfect location and comfort. Lilka is very responsive to every inquiry/request.

A Perfect Stay at Litois – A Hidden Gem in Patmos! From the moment we arrived at Litois, we were blown away. Our host was absolutely amazing—warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The location itself is perfect: peaceful, beautiful, and close to everything you need to enjoy the charm of Patmos. The amenities were top-notch, and the care and thought put into the space made it feel like a home away from home. But what truly stood out was the community. The people on the island are so kind—it’s clear that everyone works together to make visitors feel comfortable, supported, and cared for. We’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnbs, and outside of just two others, this one tops our list. It’s a must-stay if you’re coming to Patmos. Bonus: Litois has multiple rooms, making it perfect for family reunions, groups of friends, or even wedding parties. The versatility of the space is incredible. Beautiful. Peaceful. Magical. A+ experience. All the stars!

This trip and stay was easily the best experience I have ever had. The place was newly built so it was really modern, clean and it was amazing. Markella was really helpful throughout our holiday. She helped with everything and gave great recommendations. The place was super clean, and also it had an amazing view. Decoration of the interior was magnificent and we felt like we were in home. Also the place had a great location. It was so quiet and peaceful yet 5 minute walking distance to amazing beaches and restaurants. Also there was an amazing beach party really close yet the place was still super quiet. Also it was 7-8 minutes drive to Scala. Shortly, the location was really good. My girlfriend and I, fell in love with the place and definitely want to visit next year. We will 100% try to stay here again. Many many thanks to Markella and all the other staff. Best Airbnb experience of my life so far!

What a great place to stay. Gitsa was so helpful with everything. The house has been done to a very high standard. Food and drinks on arrival left by gitsa was so much appreciated. The house has amazing views rooftop and back yard. It’s located just above a really nice square in Kampos. Which has a cafe / bar and a bakery. It’s about less than 10 min by car down to scala. Highly recommend .

The apartment was gorgeous, immaculately clean, fantastic location, really pretty and light, great shower. We would definitely stay again. Thank you very much indeed.

Billy (Vasiliki) is an unbelievable host! One of the best, if not the best! She even came and picked us up at the port, which was great because we had a lot of luggage. The room is spacious and clean and she made sure we had everything we needed. Billy gave us good recommendations for things all over the island. The sunset view is as advertised and unmatched. I can honestly say that Billy helped make our already great stay, even better!!! This is actuallya 6-star review, but the app didn't let me do it... 😁

Corina was a wonderful hostess. She went above and beyond to communicate which is extremely helpful when you are new to the area and country. The place was adorable, clean and had all the amenities listed. It was an easy walk to the main street and marina. I would recommend. Two things, which she cannot change and yet may be a concern, the nextdoor apartment's living room window is ~3 feet from the roof top deck. We were quietly enjoying the evening port view, the conversation disturbed the neighbors (a couple advised us the next day). Also, there is a narrow spiral staircase to access the entire place which may be challenging to navigate with babies, seniors, disabilities and\or if you are large.

A great experience. The house was in a very quiet place, very clean and tidy with all the necessities. The location is very good, close to all sights sights of the island. Special mention to the excellent owner Argyro , who was very kind, fully informative and very direct in communication..I highly recommend the accommodation as an excellent choice on the beautiful island of Leros!!! Argyro thank you so much for everything. So long!!!

We had the most fantastic time here! Every detail was so thoughtful, from local snacks to beach towels. We would 100% stay here again, the location is fantastic, the view is stunning, and we felt truly looked after! Thank you for a brilliant stay!

My time there was wonderful, everything was as planned and expected. Archondoula offered me to go to a festival at the top of the mountain and her uncle drove us. Thank you again. The music there was very authentic. The location of the apartment is centrally located, within walking distance of the beautiful alleys, right on the harbor and close to the springs. You are in the middle of Greek life, sometimes you hear the school bell and the normal people in your everyday life. The roof terrace is wonderful for the morning coffee, when the sun comes, a sunscreen would be helpful here. I would give this to Archondoula as a suggestion again. Everything else is perfect.

This was a great place to stay! I was here for 4 days and its close enough to town that you can easily walk everywhere if you want food, the beach, or beer. Plus if youre a climber, the Grand Grotta is literally right above you! And the trail up to the crags is less than a minute walk away. Plus Saksia is a very helpful host, and had very good recommendations on where to go to find climbing partners and get food.

It is our second stay at this lovely apartment and we can’t wait to return! The place was spotlessly clean and fresh, and we felt very cosy and welcomed upon arrival. The apartment is spacious, it has comfortable beds and linen, a large kitchen with useful appliances (well-working stove, oven, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, and others), and the shower had warm water and good pressure. The house is ideally situated in a quiet part of town yet very close to all shops and restaurants. We thank the host for making it such a nice experience!

We were quite happy with this house, in a nice location and in a quiet neighborhood! very good communication with the hosts and flexible arrival and departure! the beach next to those who want quick dives! also suitable for those who want to combine teleworking with recreation! Highly recommended!
