A lovely house in Skala Patmos to the area Chochlakas! The apartment is 300 m away from the center of Skala! It is split-level with a ceiling height of 185 cm on the attic, a separate bedroom on the low-height attic, an open-plan kitchenette with seating area. . Free private parking is available on site. All units are air conditioned and include a seating area. It features a terrace with garden views. An oven and refrigerator are also available, as well as a kettle. Bed linen is provided.

Our stone house is located just 1 km from the port and less than 1 km from the Holy Cave of the Revelation of St. John. It overlooks the Icarian Sea with wonderful sunsets, but also the port of Skala. It has a private parking space and can accommodate 3-6 people. It includes a reception area with a sofa that becomes a double bed, a single living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. It has A/C, WiFi, cable TV and a washing machine.

Το παλιό ξυλουργείο και το σιδηρουργείο του Παππού Γιάννη, ενώθηκαν με σεβασμό και έγιναν ένα παραδοσιακό νησιωτικό σπίτι, κρατώντας όσα περισσότερα στοιχεία από το παρελθόν του οικήματος. Βρισκεται 7 περίπου λεπτά από το κέντρο της Σκάλας και από την κοντινότερη παραλία. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχει αρτοποιείο μανάβικο και σούπερ μάρκετ. Η παραλία Μελόι είναι στα 2 λεπτά μακριά με το Αυτοκίνητο και το Αγριολιβαδι στα 6.
