The best thing is that it is not affected by the city noise and has good sound insulation, while it is also on the ground floor.

The house is located right on the beach with direct, easy access to the crystal clear waters of Psathopyrgos bay. It is surrounded by spacious yards with tables and sitting area, which, in combination with the big trees forming nice shade, the amazing view and tranquility of the sea tend to tempt you spend most of the day outside of the actual house building in the summer! Going to bed and waking up with a taste of the sea salt, is one of the main features that make this house unique.

Relax by the pool, enjoy the beautiful sunset, hike on the nearby hills and streams. Or walk around the farm, and try some of the season's produce. The farm produces wine, olive oil, oranges and mandarines and many kinds of fruit and vegetables. I live also on the farm, with my husband. We are a quite family and we love our farm.
