Absolutely stunning Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, we were speechless—the décor, the thoughtful presentation, and small touches like bottled water, essentials, and delicious Peruvian chocolates made us feel instantly welcomed. Every room was beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable, with large TVs throughout. The location felt private and safe, and it was less than 15 minutes from the center of Arequipa. Arnaldo was incredibly responsive and kind. One heads-up: there’s a washer (which I liked more than mine at home!), but no dryer. I was unsure at first, but Leonardo assured me it would dry quickly—and he was right. Everything dried within hours or overnight. We washed several times with no issues. My parents and I had a lovely stay and would return in a heartbeat!

Great value for money! The apartment is cozy and well located if you prefer a more local neighborhood outside the historic center. Bonus points for the washing machine, smart TV, full kitchen, comfy bed and city view (the apartment is on the 6th floor). Just keep in mind that the surrounding streets can be noisy, and the apartment felt a bit too cold to me. There’s hot water but the temperature was a little tricky to adjust. Still 5 stars because you get a lot for what you pay.

I had a very nice experience at this place. Since I arrived, everything was well organized, the atmosphere was quiet and welcoming. The facilities were clean, well cared for and tastefully decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout my stay. Definitely a place I would go back to and recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay with my family in the apartment, it is very well implemented in terms of infrastructure and the kitchen is also quite equipped.

The apartment is a dream! Everything you need is there (to cook, relax and feel good) You can walk to the city center in 5 minutes and yet the apartment is nice and quiet. The owners live in the neighboring house and have a pottery shop. You can also see this on Airbnb. Everything is full of art. It's beautiful. We will be happy to come back anytime!

Beautiful place, a nice location on the ground floor, and just off a nice courtyard with a roof garden easily reached. close to the river and downtown. Very close to a large market and other things. The host was responsive yet the entry from the street required a key which of course one does not have at check-in. This was solved with the host coming on-site yet this was probably an inconvenience for her. There was an attendant yet reaching him was not clear and we had to wait until the host contacted them directly. However, everything was very nice and the Host Gigi made a special trip on our behave. The apartment is very large and clean. One of the best showers in all of Peru!! Great place and in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked yet we could not learn how to turn on the electric stove and maybe an instruction sheet would be a good addition. Good place for a central quiet stay for a couple.

The area where the apartment is located is quiet, the guard is very friendly and the apartment is just like the photos in the description, I felt at home. Beatriz and David are very attentive to any questions, the apartment has everything you may need in the stay I had, highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay! It felt spacious with a lot of storage, the shower was hot, it was walkable to the centre and the area felt safe. Carmen was always really responsive and flexible with check-in times. She also kindly kept our bags for us whilst we did the Colca Canyon hike. We would happily stay here again. Thank you!

Clean place and in a good neighborhood. The host however waited till after the check in to send us the instructions for check in/checkout. Great place but hosts’ check in and checkout list is a bit too lengthy- maybe it would be ideal to send it to the users prior to check in so we have time to read it. Pictures and descriptions of the place are great and very realistic, the host is nice and welcoming.

lovely place, great view in the balcony! in juin, during the winter season, the sun warm up quickly the appartement! Hot shower when you use properly the system. We stay one week there and enjoy the Yanahuara neighborhood. They are a big grocery store and some smalls others just beside. kitchen is complete. We appreciate our stay and recommande the place.

We love Roos' accommodation. She and her husband were extremely helpful and helped us with everything. There are many details and you can expect a clean, airy accommodation with details that make you feel at home. I loved staying here, if I return to Arequipa I will stay with them again ☺️

Very comfortable beds. A quick taxi ride away from everything we wanted to do. Quiet, so you can get good sleep. Great hot water in the showers.

Great apartment, amazing views all around. Host was responsive. Beds comfy. Nice breeze from all the windows cooled down the house at night. Only thing I wish there was more of was kitchens utensils, pots and crockery as this was limited and made cooking a bit harder during our stay.
