Absolutely stunning Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, we were speechless—the décor, the thoughtful presentation, and small touches like bottled water, essentials, and delicious Peruvian chocolates made us feel instantly welcomed. Every room was beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable, with large TVs throughout. The location felt private and safe, and it was less than 15 minutes from the center of Arequipa. Arnaldo was incredibly responsive and kind. One heads-up: there’s a washer (which I liked more than mine at home!), but no dryer. I was unsure at first, but Leonardo assured me it would dry quickly—and he was right. Everything dried within hours or overnight. We washed several times with no issues. My parents and I had a lovely stay and would return in a heartbeat!

Excelente, me sentí en casa seguro y muy amable todos los que viven en esa urbanización aunque a veces en la entrada son un poco más restrictivos pero es su trabajo por la seguridad de las torres.

Impecable! Lugar muy bonito, ordenado, moderno y muy bien ubicado. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Fue fácil de ubicar, cerca a la plaza y el lugar era acogedor, tal cual como las fotos, tenia lo necesario para poder sentirnos comodos y como en casa

Tuve una experiencia muy bonita en este lugar. Desde que llegué, todo estuvo bien organizado, el ambiente fue tranquilo y acogedor. Las instalaciones estaban limpias, bien cuidadas y decoradas con buen gusto. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Me sentí cómoda y relajada durante toda mi estadía. Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería y recomendaría.

Pasamos una estancia muy agradable con mi familia en el departamento, está muy bien implementado en cuanto a infraestructura y la cocina también bastante equipada.

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum! Alles was man braucht ist da (zum kochen, entspannen und wohlfühlen) Man ist in 5 min in die Innenstadt gelaufen und trotzdem ist die Wohnung schön und ruhig. Direkt im Nachbarhaus leben die Besitzer und haben einen töpferladen. Das sieht man auch im Airbnb. Alles ist voll mit Kunst. Es ist wunderschön. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

Beautiful place, a nice location on the ground floor, and just off a nice courtyard with a roof garden easily reached. close to the river and downtown. Very close to a large market and other things. The host was responsive yet the entry from the street required a key which of course one does not have at check-in. This was solved with the host coming on-site yet this was probably an inconvenience for her. There was an attendant yet reaching him was not clear and we had to wait until the host contacted them directly. However, everything was very nice and the Host Gigi made a special trip on our behave. The apartment is very large and clean. One of the best showers in all of Peru!! Great place and in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked yet we could not learn how to turn on the electric stove and maybe an instruction sheet would be a good addition. Good place for a central quiet stay for a couple.

Mucho mejor de lo que esperábamos. Lo recomendamos al 100%. Cumple al máximo el nombre del apartamento: Estilo y Confort. Un estilo muy moderno acompañado de un confort en todo el departamento junto a tranquilidad y una vista impresionante.

La Zona ubicada el departamento, es tranquilo, la guardianía muy amable y el mismo departamento tal cual como de las foto en la descripción , me sentí como en casa. Beatriz y David muy atento ante cualquier duda, el departamento cuenta con todo lo q puede necesitar en la estancia q tuve, muy recomendado.!

We really enjoyed our stay! It felt spacious with a lot of storage, the shower was hot, it was walkable to the centre and the area felt safe. Carmen was always really responsive and flexible with check-in times. She also kindly kept our bags for us whilst we did the Colca Canyon hike. We would happily stay here again. Thank you!

Clean place and in a good neighborhood. The host however waited till after the check in to send us the instructions for check in/checkout. Great place but hosts’ check in and checkout list is a bit too lengthy- maybe it would be ideal to send it to the users prior to check in so we have time to read it. Pictures and descriptions of the place are great and very realistic, the host is nice and welcoming.

Buena estancia en el apartamento. La zona es segura y cuenta con tiendas y restaurantes cercanos. Respuesta rápida por parte de Ana y Andre, ante alguna necesidad. La pasamos muy bien.

Excelente estadia, cómodo apartamento, se puede caminar al centro, al mercado central y al área de supermercado y mall tambien. Un super host! Muchas gracias!

This was an amazing place to stay, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and communicative. One of the bedrooms had a stunning view of Volcán Misti, especially beautiful at sunset, while the others also offered great views of the surrounding mountains. I stayed here with my family, and the home had everything we needed. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and made for a relaxing stay. It was easy to catch a taxi just outside, or we could walk about five minutes to the main road. When our flight was unexpectedly canceled, the hosts responded quickly and kindly accommodated us for an extra night. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

El alojamiento era ideal para dos personas, Verónica fue muy clara con las instrucciones, volvería a alojarme en este espacio.

Definitivamente superó mis expectativas.

El sr Fredy fue muy amable y atento con nosotros, el departamento estaba limpio y ordenado además que queda en una zona tranquila.

Alles in allem war es eine super Unterkunft. Uns hat sowohl die Lage als auch die Raumaufteilung und der Ausblick aus der Wohnung sehr gefallen. Es wäre jedoch für künftige Besucher sehr gut, wenn die Küchenausstattung noch etwas nachgebessert wird. Vor allem die Messer waren leider teilweise sehr stumpf. Wenn man selbst etwas kochen möchte und dabei viel schneiden muss, war es etwas nervig.
