Cozy Casita in the Trees

Enjoy this cozy casita for two on a small hill with lots of trees in Diamond Valley, centrally located right between downtown Prescott and Prescott Valley. Please note that the bathroom is a detached building next to casita and has a compost toilet, shower and sink. Cuddle up in the soft queen bed(removable pad), make a cup of coffee or snack in the kitchenette, or relax on the attached patio. Pets are not allowed. We can’t accept reservations for someone not on your account. Infants welcome.

Granite Mountain views is a spacious studio that is a walk out below our home, fully furnished. Only access is from the outside. We do live above the studio. There is a kitchenette, large bathroom, Queen bed, full sofa sleeper, and no carpeting. There is parking on site and a private deck to enjoy. It is 5.4 miles to historic downtown Prescott, 4.5 miles to the “Worlds Oldest Rodeo”, 1.4 miles to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and 11 miles to PV Event Center. Come enjoy Prescott!

Rustic & cute private guesthouse on a 5 acre horse ranch! Located very close to all the popular northern AZ places to visit! This is the country - if animal sounds or the occasional bug or fly bothers you, this is not for you ;). There is no WiFi out there - BUT there’s a Roku TV - it REQUIRES a hot spot. Mobile phone hotspots work well. No dogs allowed without advance approval. If you desire a week-long or more stay, send me a message & I’ll see if I can accommodate you at a discount.

Bring the family, including dogs, for a getaway off the beaten path. Within 30 minutes of I-40, just off of Hwy 89, minutes from Chino Valley, Prescott and Prescott Valley. Close to Forest Service access. Hunters welcome, home sits in unit 8 with units 19A and 19B also within minutes. Gunsight gun range is a short 10 minute drive. Located in a manufactured home development with private roads, plenty of room to park larger vehicles. Cozy newer home to use as home base or relax with the family.

We built our 720 square foot cottage in 2009 on 2.5 acres in an extremely quiet country neighborhood, and it has been very lightly used. The full kitchen has all the major appliances, cooking and eating utensils you will need. There is also a full size laundry setup in the bathroom. Our location is perfect for those attending firearm training at the world renowned Gunsite Academy. Gunsite is an easy 18 minute drive from our cottage in Chino Valley.

Ty and Tamara were amazing hosts. They communicated very thoroughly and clearly. We didn’t get to spend a whole lot of time at their place due to the nature of our trip, but it was a very nice and relaxing place to come back to after both days. It was very clean and cozy, the bed was comfy and it was overall very peaceful. We hope to come back and stay for longer to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

This was such a great place to stay!!! The house had everything we could possibly need—it was well-stocked, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was super convenient, close to stores and the freeway. We loved that it was completely separate from the main house, which gave us a true sense of privacy and our own space. We stayed for five days and enjoyed every minute. Violet was a fantastic host, and we will definitely stay here again!

I booked this Air BNB for our corporate visitor. The booking process was very easy and Mark communicated immediately and was very friendly. Mark gave very clear instructions on how to enter the property and guest house. Guillermo found it clean, very nicely furnished, and peaceful. He travels often and likes to stay in Air BNB's rather than hotels. He found this one to be one of his favorites! I would definitely recommend staying here.
