Perfectly situated for Silverstone Circuit, Towcester race course And Whittlebury Hall golf course and spa, there are also many fantastic attractions in this beautiful corner of Northants. The Annex includes en-suit, dining area, fridge, seating area, a king size bed and private side terrace. There is ample parking on a private driveway.

It has now been converted into a cosy one bedroom cottage that would suit a couple or a single person who wishes to enjoy a break in the countryside. Knotwood Farm is a 300 year old Farmhouse with loads of character situated just outside the historic Town of Stony Stratford and host a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. It is easily accessed from the A5 which was in Roman times called Watling Street. It is a 5 minute drive on the A5 to Central Milton Keynes shopping centre and the CMK Railway Station. The fast train is approx 40 mins to London (Euston) or 50 mins Birmingham (New Street).
