I loved my time at this location! The host Jefferey, was Polite, Friendly, and very accommodating! I spent a total of 8 weeks here. The residence was super clean, spacious and had everything I needed for my extended stay. The kitchen had ample utensils, pots, pans, and everything in between! If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful, serene place to stay. I would highly recommend Jefferey and this property!!!

Joan's place is one of the best airbnb's I have stayed at. Its gorgeous inside and the view is spectacular of the Delaware River. Everything is within walking distance (provisions, wine, restaurants, art, and shopping!). Parking was easy too. I stayed for a week and wanted for nothing. It felt amazing to drink a glass of wine and watch deer across the river, eagles, and people fishing. I am amazed by how beautifully it was curated. The Proper To Go came recommended and whoa, they had amazing groceries for a night in (you have to get the lemon chicken pot stickers if they have them.....I can't begin to describe how great they are! What an incredible stay with a wonderful host a tap away if you need anything. It made my work trip phenomenal to stay here. I can't wait to return. Thank you Joan!

What a great little studio for a Birthday get away trip to Bethel Woods concerts, etc. Relaxing on the deck overlooking the lake for coffee in the morning or a nightcap after your days activities. 2 restaurants within a 100 yards, the Tap n Table was excellent with really Friendly staff. Must have breakfast at least once at Bethel Market Cafe, the Best! All this less than 15 minutes in any direction. I would like to come back in the Summer to take advantage of the Lake activities. Wonderful stay!

Had a fantastic time with my boyfriend at Elwira's place! We had to cut our trip short but the time we did spend there was awesome. Elwira was very friendly and it was the perfect location, close to all our favorite spots.

Very good place, safe, easily accessible. Parking was a plus and so easy to get to. Josiah was very attentive and super accessible by text. Offered tons of suggestions. This location is right on the main street where all of the bars are and it could not have been in a better spot for me and my boyfriend on our weekend trip.

It is the second time we stayed at Michelle’s place and it is one of the most favorite locations for us. Caught bunch of perch and bluegill at the lake and enjoyed our tea watching the sunset. Michelle is a great host.

John is a super attentive host and the place is a nice clean basement apartment with lots of wildlife! It was the perfect set up for our trip to Bethel. Would def stay here again!

Secure and safe location. Easy parking. BnB was fully stocked. Just fyi the master bedroom wall is super thin. You can hear the neighbors talk.

This isn’t just a house—it’s a welcoming home. You can feel the care and intention behind every detail. Located just 15 minutes from Bethel Woods, it’s the ideal escape from NYC. I can’t wait to return.

Ray’s place was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we booked, he was warm, responsive, and full of amazing local suggestions that really shaped our weekend — including tips on Narrowsburg favorites like The Heron and nearby shops. The house itself is tucked away in a peaceful spot that felt like a true escape. We spent a lot of time relaxing there, made a campfire one night, and really soaked in the scene. It felt private, cozy, and beautifully curated — with thoughtful amenities throughout. We were in town for the Dave Matthews Band show at Bethel Woods (just 20ish mins away), and this spot couldn’t have been more convenient. We also loved how close it was to town for groceries and brunch, and the climate control in the house was excellent — something we definitely appreciated throughout the stay. We will definitely return — highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful Catskills getaway. Thanks again, Ray!

Spent a week in a cozy cabin tucked away in the woods, and it was exactly the reset I needed. Peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature—waking up to the sound of birds and falling asleep under the stars felt like a dream. The cabin itself was warm, clean, and had all the essentials. Whether we were sitting by the fire, going on nearby hikes, or just enjoying the view on the porch, every moment felt grounding. No traffic, no stress—just stillness. Highly recommend if you’re looking to disconnect and recharge. Can’t wait to go back.

From the beginning of our journey to the conclusion of our journey Livia’s hospitality and thoughtfulness of her space we were very impressed. Squeaky clean, well stocked kitchen (just about everything you’d need) comfortable beds and clear instructions for the household are its selling points. This is our first experience with Livia’s property and it won’t be our last. We’re planning on another visit later this year because of this experience. The ratings are real people! You won’t be disappointed.

First Stavros was a stellar host. Proactive in communication and always responsive. Very attentive, we had one small interruption with the wifi that he promptly addressed before we even noticed! The house property is absolutely stunning and gorgeous, peaceful, spacious, very beautiful. The house has everything well stocked. Kitchen had plenty. I can't find one thing to comment that isn't positive. We all enjoyed ourselves to the max. The most enjoyable was the three walls full of windows that made the thunderstorms so beautiful to watch in the living room. The little stream in the back so pleasant to sit silently. We stayed up here for a weekend and it was very quiet and there is stream nearby which is lovely to listen to the water falling over rocks--so incredibly peaceful. The neighbors are very close and its right off the road but you're tucked away into a little cove so it feels more nature. Great natural light and lots of windows!

I stayed here with 6 girls for my bachelorette trip and we had a great time. Location is great so much to do in the area and loved sitting out my the lake. Only thing I'd say is that the spillway is a little louder than I expected. I loved all the wildlife that we saw too.

Great family ski weekend! Views are amazing with close location to 2 ski areas. Very clean and cosy with everything you need a comfortable stay. Jonathan was a great host, very responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend for a Pocono ski get away.

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend! The view of the lake, mountain, and pool from the balcony was absolutely stunning and peaceful. The condo looks exactly like the pictures and even better. We rented a boat and went fishing on the lake which was very relaxing. The kids loved the pool and all the activities at the Boulder Lake Club. Megan and Duane are amazing hosts. Great communication from the time of booking until checkout. Very helpful and accommodating. The condo was very clean and nicely stocked with everything needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back!!! Thanks Megan and Duane for an amazing stay!!

We truly enjoyed Sharon's place! Its very clean, with great surroundings and so many little thoughtful details. The balcony faces the pool which is very convenient. Rule pools are quite strict ( have to drop off pick up entry bracelets every time, no kids in warm pool/spa). Great restaurants nearby!

Amy has an amazing property. Everything was beautiful, we had plenty of linens. We had a grill night and she had plenty of utensils (cutting board, knives, etc.) so we didn’t have to worry about buying those things, friendly community, steps away from the pool and the lake, I can’t recommend this place enough, thank you Amy!

We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and perfectly located condo with a beautiful lake view. It was very roomy with plenty of space for all guests. Joanne was an excellent communicator, proactively providing all of the information we needed for a smooth checkin and seamless experience. Great spot right on the lake. Boulder lake is private so not as noisy as Lake Harmony but minutes away. This unit is on the far side so very private, but still a short walk to the pool. The back deck looks directly over the lake and has a grill. The place was very clean and had all the extras we needed to enjoy dinners, games, and some tv. Thanks Eva.
