This wonderful bohemian apartment is nestled in the beautiful countryside of northern Italy. 10 min car ride to Pavia and a 15 min walk through the rice fields, takes you to one of the most beautiful Monasteries in Italy. Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

Including 2 smart TVs and Wi-Fi. To get around better, have YOUR OWN CAR!!! In a quiet area, the first supermarket is a 5-minute drive away. There are no restaurants nearby, but you can order or cook a pasta dish (shopping done by me) NETFLIX DISNEY INCLUDED

Entire floor fully equipped in a semi-independent courtyard house immersed in the Ticino Park, but very close to the points of greatest interest in the province of Pavia and Milan. Ideal for short or long stays, for young people or families, you can use it for work or vacation. For any need, we live upstairs. In July 2023, redevelopment work was carried out, there is no longer a shared entrance with us, but the house is all for you! Welcome!

We are a bed and breakfast 4 km from the historic center of Pavia. Our desire is that guests can freely experience the house, and not just the rooms, to enjoy the atmosphere, colors, peace and silence. Our bed and breakfast consists of two double bedrooms, accessed from a charming hallway, and a two-room apartment with independent access from the garden. The house is available, with a porch and garden, but not the use of the main kitchen

Double bedroom with large wardrobe. The area is very convenient for getting to the center of Pavia. Milan ring road 5 km away. Parking is available.

The house is located in Novara, in the quiet neighborhood of Veveri, 50 km from Milan and about 30 km from Malpensa airport, near Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta and the Vicolungo outlet. The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi, a dedicated parking space and the possibility of automatic check-in.
