The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heat pumps. My accommodation is on the third floor of a historic building and has no elevator. Well served by all public transportation, metro, trams, and buses. Central Station is a 10-minute walk. In the area you will also find supermarkets, restaurants and bars.
