Our little piece of paradise nestled on the edge of the woods but still in heart of downtown Pawleys. 1 block from Franks bar and restaurant, a few blocks to downtown Pawleys, and 4 blocks to the beach and many golf courses. Morning Coffee lounging on the patio and watching the amazing wildlife = Bliss! We have local birds that hang in the yard and often have wild deer wander through. NO HOA.

Unique New Remodel Close to Beach and Golf

Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

Just two miles from downtown Conway and all it has to offer and 5 miles from Coastal Carolina University. A studio style apartment with a king size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa if you should need it. Complete with black out curtains so getting some shut eye is always an option. We are a family of 5 living on the same property but will always be courteous of our guests being sure to stay out of the way. No motorcycles or pets are permitted. Cameras are on the premises.
