The house's location offers a magnificient view of Ionian sea and mainlandm, creating calmness and tranquility. It feels like a true escape into the garden's olive groves and landscape's nature, enjoying them while swimming at the swimming pool. The house is fully equipped,providing a convenient and pleasant stay.

House (approx. 160m²) for 6 people with a large living room opening onto a terrace and swimming pool on the same level. A large living room, with fully equipped open-plan kitchen, opens onto an overhanging terrace, offering over 100m² of hillside living space. The house is air-conditioned, with 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Two floor house that sleeps 2-6 people, only 2 minutes away from the village of Loggos. 3 bedrooms all with aircondition and 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large dining area both inside and outside. Independent, with private parking, large pool, BBQ area, broadband internet with high speeds and satellite TV on a 4K 50 inch screen with home cinema. The walk to the beach is a 5 minute stroll, as you can see from the pictures.

Eίναι το τρίτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του N e ra d u house και περιβάλλεται από έναν υπεραιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.
