Modern apartment, very very clean , close to all amenities ,shops,services and beach . Very helpful host, very responsive, responds very quickly to our every request , a very good stay to recommend

The apartment was amazing, very modern, clean and tidy. Had everything in it I needed. The pool outside is ideal for chilling and relaxing. The beach was only a 10 min walk. Rhnha was a great host, always available to I chat too and very attentive. I will definitely be using again in the future.

clean and beautiful place in your hands

This place is located in a very good neighborhood and a safe site. It has a large and clean pool that is open during the summer season. The apartment is in one of the most beautiful locations of the site. Although the amenities in the house are minimal, they are quite sufficient. It is within walking distance to shopping malls and restaurants. There's even a grocery store with home delivery. A apartment where you can be very comfortable.

Apartment is immaculate with everything you would need. I have found with other Airbnbs the kitchen ware is a little sparse but there was plenty of utensils etc so I was able to cook properly. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and there are two small markets next door for small essentials. From the balcony you can just about see the sea which was nice. The building was very quiet when I visited. Host was always responsive to messages and polite. I would definitely stay again 🙂

Good value. Walking distance from marina.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Aysel for her interest. The house was very well equipped for my family of 5. Its proximity to many important points was important. The sea was wonderful. You just had to walk a little. We usually went to the beach by car. The pool of the site was clean and not crowded.

Yaman came into contact with us, was helpful and available. He lives with his family on the ground floor, who welcomed us hospitably. The dog and the three cats of the house are sweet and confiding. The place is quiet, the beach is about 10 minutes, supermarkets are right around the corner. From the spacious loggia of the attic apartment you can look all the way to the beach. If I were to go to Avsallar again, I would book with Yaman again

A private villa with a pool, located 1.2 km from the sea. The kitchen is well-equipped with more than enough utensils, and the interior decoration is both tasteful and functional. Every room has air conditioning. With just a bit of landscaping, a full-size refrigerator, and even a small oven, it would be absolutely perfect. Thank you! Everything was really nice. The rooms were clean and tidy. Julia was a great host. The place and location were great. It had its own beach. The pool was large and clean.

What a great little place. Absolutely gorgeous views across the bays and an easy albeit steep walk to and from town. Fabulous family. Would 100% recommend staying here, we had a great time!

Everything is great. There is everything you need in a house. Clean bedding and linens. Spacious balcony overlooking the sea and the pool. A super fast wifi at home. The sea is only 30 meters away. Very close to markets and restaurants. Transportation is very convenient. Airport transfer is excellent. I will be here again next time. Perfect for families. Thank you Mr Deep

It was an extremely attentive and clean apartment, I had no problems with check-in, it was a very calm and elite neighborhood, everything we were looking for in the apartment was available, I highly recommend it, it was great

Great location. A101 and taxi station are just next to the building. Many good restaurants like Pinot wine & dine are really close. 10 minutes to the beach. Internet was a bit slow - do not expect to watch movies or any other activities that require a high speed connection. Please notice the electricity/water payments, and deposit are not included in the apartment payment. Everything I needed was in a walking distance. I really liked the place and surrounding area. Highly recommended

I would like to thank Mr. Türker for allowing me to have a flexible check-in and check-out. We met Mr. Türker's assistant, Mr. Ömer, and he helped us very quickly and sincerely in everything, and our 5-person holiday was incredibly beautiful, we felt at home and never wanted to leave this place. The cleanliness of the house was very nice, everything was sparkling. If we come again, we will definitely choose this house.
