Family-friendly holiday rentals in Payson

I had an absolutely incredible time here and when we were on the way out, we were met with a medical emergency in which Nick was very quick to help with additional nights while we sorted things out at the Payson ER. I was greeted by Elk in one of the most beautiful backyards I've ever seen, and while we weren't able to try the hot tub - it looked very clean and the temp was perfect. The game room was AWESOME and all of the technology (WiFi, streaming services) worked as they should. Can't wait to come back - thank you SO MUCH NICK!

The place had a quiet cute feel. Clean and safe! Had easy check in and parking!

Tawny’s place is very warm and inviting. I loved the decor and felt right at home especially because the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. We loved that there was a grill out on the patio. Speaking of the patio it was Amazing having coffee out there every morning! The view, the cooler weather and it was pretty quite in the mornings too. We all came back feeling so relaxed and rested. There are two ponds on the property that you can fish in. My three boys did this everyday! You can rent poles from the main lobby and you don’t need a license to fish. We pretty much hung around the property, swam, went on walks around the surrounding area, and fished. On our walks we met some of the locals and chit chatted everyone in the area was so friendly! What we could not get over was how beautiful it was! I can’t wait to go back again! The only thing I’d recommend which I meant to bring but completely forgot was tin foil and extra baggies for storing our food we cooked/grilled. The great thing was Tawny had plenty of glass bowls with lids I was able to use to store leftovers.

0ur stay at the chalet was amazing, Lesley was a great host and checked to see if we were able to get in ok also had a very informative notebook of area attractions and reasturants in the area The chalet was great from the inside to the outside, a wonderful little patio for our little dog, the inside was charming and had everything and more in it, was extremely clean and inviting. The views and grounds were breathtaking quiet and peaceful, only a very short walk to the river ,we couldn't have asked for anything more.I would definitely recommend staying here we had the perfect stay and lasting memories, Thank you Lesley and Randy

Great place to stay. Hiking/biking trailheads were within miles of this spot. Lots of restaurants only a few miles away as well. Loved the area. The staff was very friendly. Kept clean. We felt safe. The neighbors upstairs and next to us were loud at times. Could hear them walking back and forth and the neighbors tv. If you’re a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs.

Steve’s cabin is our repeat go-to in Pine. Really couldn’t ask for anything more. Very comfortable. Steve is a great host, always an stress-free, no-hassle stay. Notably, this is totally walkable to Pinewood Tavern (now open 7 days!!!!!!) and Ponderosa Market (the only grocery store in town). The quiet streets are lined with super tall pines and even when the temp is 100 the wind and the shade make it comfortable. Great wrap-around deck means you can always find shade. Be prepared for Elk galore! I found one trying to get into the trash can! You will feel like you’re a million miles away yet you’re only 90 minutes from the Phoenix Metro. Bunnies, squirrels and other wildlife too. We hope to return several times this summer, and for summers to come. Thanks, Steve, for another wonderful getaway.

Loved my stay here. I work remotely and was in building 10 and had perfect wifi for Zoom calls the whole time! I loved the surrounding views and the hotub and and pool area were lovely and even had outlets where I could work outside! If you are a golfer like me, you must play the course on site - the 10th whole has incredible views! Would definitely come back again! Would highly recommend eating at the Hudson and Cucina Rustica!

At this luxurious oasis in the desert, we thoroughly enjoyed a fun family gathering over New Year's. What a pleasure to relax in Wendy's two beautifully appointed spacious suites, each with its own jacuzzi and shower, direct TV service, and secluded patio. Outdoors, several seating areas and a hot tub overlooked the sublime, babbling Beaver Creek. A separate cabin offered another queen bedroom, but without its own bath, so guests need to share the king bedroom's facilities in the main house. We especially enjoyed the several gas and wood fireplaces throughout and the exceptionally well-equipped kitchen at the heart of it all. Totally a top-notch place near all the sights in and around Sedona, Cottonwod, Jerome, and Flagstaff.

Words would fall short to describe the beauty of this bnb . Everything was perfect from location to cleanliness to communication with the hosts . Special mention to Amigo the cute little puppy . We cuddled him for one whole day and canceled on plans outdoors just to spend sometime with him . He is an angel . God bless him . The Alpacas in the farm are so well taken care of and well behaved . We met the other farm animals too . It was a pleasure to see what great animal lovers the hosts are . They were very sweet and kind to us and showed us around . Tamara was easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had. The space was clean and comfortable. The location is easy to find and park at, and is just a short drive from Sedona. Overall a great experience!

5 of us including 3 dogs came to visit Jerome and Cottonwood for a weekend and we all absolutely loved the place. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay and the garden was great. Excellent location as well. Highly recommended.

We had a great time at this rustic cabin. It was setup well and very comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck playing giant Jenga and playing games. The kitchen was handy for pancakes and there is a really great empanada shop just 5 minutes away the Pie Box you have to hit. We'll definitely consider coming up there again!

We had a very nice time at Rio Verde tiny home#8. We had front access to Verdi River. Our host Andy was accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed.

Beautiful, quiet, cozy cabin in the pines. Hiking and restaurants close by. Enjoy peaceful getaway, national forest close by, as well as , natural bridge, woods Canyon Lake, and others. Highly recommended.

The cabin was cute and cozy. Had all of the basic necessities you would need. It was exactly what we were looking for when it comes to a relaxing space for a weekend getaway. Felicia was very friendly and proactively informative.

Roomy double room. Overall good experience, really nice staff. Quick service when we had to call front desk. Everything closes early though, that was a bummer. So, not much to do in the evening at all.

This was a great place to stay for our family of 5! We loved the condo, the amenities, and everything that Bison Ranch had to offer - fishing, swimming, hot tub, game room, escape room, restaurant... it was all wonderful!

This is basically a really nice Hilton timeshare resort. The two bedroom consists of a one bedroom apartment (kitchen, large bathroom with tub and shower, large living and dining area, balcony and king sized bedroom). It is attached to a studio apartment which has a big bathroom with shower, small kitchenette, balcony and a king size bed. Our friends checked in before us and Colleen gave us proper directions for check-in. The check-in staff was super helpful. The resort has a good size swimming pool (which we didn't use). Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

Exceptional Service and a Tranquil Retreat This Sedona service apartment truly exceeded our expectations! The resort-like atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and the unit itself was well-maintained and comfortable. What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding service. We had a bit of a drama on the morning of our departure when we thought we had lost a wallet. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, allowing us back into the unit after checkout to search and even contacting the local sheriff on our behalf. We were so relieved when we eventually found the wallet tucked away in our car, and we can't thank the staff and their manager enough for their incredible patience and kindness during a stressful situation. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with exceptional service, look no further!

This place is absolute PARADISE. We've already re-booked for next year. The pool/ hot tub area was like a dream with all the beautiful roses and birds chirping. The house was great too, but we spent most of our time outside! The resident cat, "Kitty", was the sweetest. The groundskeeper, Mark, takes such amazing care of the whole place and gave us some great hiking recommendations! We can't wait to come back!!

Brandon's place was exactly what my family and I needed for a long weekend in Sedona. The location was amazing and near so many walkable places. The views were incredible and the community pool was perfect for my kids during the hot afternoons. You will not be disappointed.

Loved how the dog Rooster made us feel tight at home. Hot tub felt great after long hikes. Clean, cozy private place to stay, perfect for us.
