Family-friendly holiday rentals in Payson

We really enjoyed our time at Rick and Barb's. The location was private and close to the Cottonwoods, our kitchen was well stocked, and the overall amenities were very helpful in making our stay comfortable and fun. We made dinner and didn't have some ingredients, but Rick and Barb kindly lended some of theirs which was very welcome. The patio area with the koi pond was very serene as well. I would visit again in the future.

We rented this home in Utah for my daughter's wedding. We had 10 people in the house and plenty of room for more if needed. The kitchen had plenty of items, and there were ample linens, and towels. As described in the description of the venue, the driveway is very steep, and there was some difficulty getting lower vehicles into the garage. Still, there is a flat area to use, and parking in front of the house is an option. Jaime is a pleasant and responsive host. All my questions and emails were responded to quickly and completely.

I would highly recommend this wonderful host and her home for your stay in Utah. They went above and beyond to help us with things we needed for our trip. Our son got married during our stay and they were extremely helpful and accommodating for some specific needs we had! Mindy and her husband are amazing!

This is our 3rd time staying in Audrey's home! It is the perfect place for our family. Our kids love the toys and hot tub. We will be back again!

This is the ideal place for skiers and boarders to stay. Location, location, location. The hot tub was a great plus after those long days on the slopes and the comfortable beds for the rest to go do it again the next day. Nice kitchen space for making meals and spending time with family and friends. Gear room was a HUGE plus. Recommend for folks who are looking for a place to stay close to the mountains and wanting to ski most of the days of their stay.

This is a great spot. It looks brand new, the kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are spacious, pool table and lounging area were great. Very nice hot tub - we were there for skiing so didn't spend much time on the patio but it looked like a good, relaxing place to be. Even though it's attached it very much felt like a separate space, and we couldn't hear a thing from the main house. Conveniently located to Cottonwood canyon ski resorts and to the SLC airport, it's a great value and we would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful, clean home. Lots of room for the kids inside and outside, loved the park that was walking distance. Neighborhood was a little difficult to get around with a pickup (small streets and parking area) but we made it work. Definitely recommend for a family stay!

We had a great stay at this townhouse. The location is beautiful and peaceful. The home is very spacious, with large common rooms and plenty of bedrooms and beds, even for a large group and multiple families. Our visit was in the off-season and the price was a great value for our length of stay. We really enjoyed shopping and coffee within walking distance. We were in town for an event at Mountain America Expo and we were able to easily uber there. Our teens LOVED the ping pong table, hot tub, and nearby hiking.

Cameron’s home was absolutely beautiful and had enough space for my family. My son absolutely loved the bunk beds and we loved the view from the back deck. The convenience of the nearby park and basketball court was very nice as well. He was very responsive in his messages and had the pantry stocked with snacks and the fridge stocked with drinks. I will definitely be staying there again.

Such a wonderful time my family & I had during our trip. Allison was very responsive and efficient when it came to any concerns or questions. Will definitely book with her again for our next visit!

It was such a pleasure to stay here. The scenery was beautiful, Marney & Steve’s place was beautiful. We went as a family (7 adults, 3 kids) and it was spacious. Everything was clean, they had a great selection of movies to pick from although we didn’t really get a chance to watch anything. Marney was easy to communicate with and get in contact with. She also gave great descriptions of places to try. There was also so many things nearby it was easy to get to places. We enjoyed our stay and loved it.

This was a lovely home to stay in. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. Neighborhood is very peaceful. It is within a few minutes drive any direction of places to eat, shop, just look and walk, and from I15..Karen was very helpful and always quick to respond to any questions.

Thomas was a very gracious host. There were lots of nice touches like a towel warmer and robes in case we wanted to use them, snacks like popcorn, hot chocolate, nuts. We loved all the amenities and the gorgeous back yard.

Great spot. Really easy access to the slopes and still very convenient to get around town. The space was wonderful and the kitchen was very well appointed. Great communication. Will be back!

Booked this place for a staycation with my three kids. It's located in a very beautiful area close to the mountains and has a lot of mature trees. The indoor basketball court was a huge hit, as was the trampoline, and the spa. Very conveniently located near a grocery store and a lot of restaurants. Gary was very responsive, accommodating, and just a very pleasant person. We had everything we could possibly need. All three of my kids made comments about staying again sometime. Great overall experience.

My friend and I had an amazing stay here! The cabin was beautiful and every design and detail inside and out made it so cozy and inviting. The kitchen and bathroom were both clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was amazing-the fall colors were beautiful and we saw a moose right in the front yard!- and we were close enough to Park City to drive into town for dinner. Overall 10/10 and I will for sure be back!

Evan was an outstanding host. He was responsive and helpful from before I booked when I had some questions, leading up until check-in and then throughout our stay. He was able to shuffle some stuff around for us to make our stay even more comfortable. Evan gave local suggestions for some restaurants to try, and also told me early to make a spa reservation so we can use the rooftop outdoor (heated) pool and hot tub set to the backdrop of the mountains...it was unforgettable! The unit itself was perfectly situated, very close to the ski lockers and the Peruvian lift and the Tram. Also, it was as pictured and incredibly comfortable (even the sofa bed was shockingly comfortable, as those can be hit or miss), and we even enjoyed a soak in the private hot tub looking at the ski slopes at the end of a long day. Truly we loved every bit of our stay and will certainly reach out to Evan for our next trip to Snowbird!

It was exactly what we expected and needed it to be. Location is great for getting to main st Midway or cross country skiing. The homestead crater is right across the street. If you have energetic neighbors upstairs, it can be a bit loud. But, overall the place and stay were great.

Amazing place to stay! Perfectly accommodated everyone. Pool, hot tub, and grill were amazing! Bedrooms and Bathrooms were clean. Lots of towels, cooking appliances, silverware, utensils, and laundry supplies. The space feels so private and peaceful inside and outside. There is tennis balls and rackets, basketballs, cornhole, and pool toys for hanging out outside! The host was incredibly friendly and responsive when we needed anything. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a comfy, fun place to stay in utah!

Very niceand would stay at again. My ONLY feedback is to provide people staying with more details about the hotel amenities and how you can access them. It was a bit of a hunt and find. Sure we saw where the mini golf was but HOW and WHERE do you pay to play? Great pool, but explain where to enter the pool area as all three outside doors are locked and you HAVE to go in theu the spa door entrance. Lastly, it would be wonderful to have a screen door on the patio. From the king bed room, there was no window, just the patio. And while nice, no screen so you couldnt enjoy the cool mountain breezes.

The condo was excellent. It was clean, modern, comfortable and in a great location. Check in and communication were quick and easy.

Brandon was an excellent host. The accommodations were neat and he was responsive to any contact. I will certainly stay again.

My family and I stayed at Kris's place for a 6 day span. The room/bed arrangements were perfect for our 8 party group. We had 2 couples, 2 single adults and 2 older children. the open kitchen/living area was nice for inclusion of everyone while meal prep was done. Having 1 bathroom for a can be a challenge when bathing, but with communication and planning we had no issues. Everyone agreed that the beds were extremely comfortable! The kitchen has your basic necessities, as does the bathroom. Closets AND dressers were helpful for our big group and week long stay. Having access to a backyard was amazing. The sitting area is lovely and I wish we had more time to enjoy it. Everyone was bummed that it was not pool weather yet, but if we have another group stay, we would definitely stay here again and would love to enjoy the pool!
