Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

3 rue de la poste, Vignevielle is our holiday home in France. It is a beautiful old building that we have made into a small, simple home for the holidays. The village itself is quite remote, being 30 minutes by car from the nearest grocery shops. Our guests enjoy the tranquility of village life and the beautiful scenery. Charming 100 m2 house, carefully renovated in 2021, located in the historic area of the village. The accommodation consists of a large 53 m2 living room, an open kitchen and a back kitchen. Upstairs you will find two spacious bedrooms with double bed (140 x 190), balcony and views of the vineyards and mountains, a library office area, bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. This small house with its small swimming pool full of charm, quiet and authentic, is only 30 minutes from the beach and coves of Leucate, and 10 minutes from the river for good swims. We have everything here or nearby. You will discover our famous wines (Castelmaure among others), our olive oil, our honeys, our goat cheeses... This place is great for all hikes, including the nearby Cathar Trail (Durban). A little paradise!
