The Spot

Close to Folly and downtown Charleston in an established and charming waterfront neighborhood. Very safe with two parks, one being a Civil war battle site, all surrounded by majestic live oaks, salt water marshes, creeks and rivers. There is wonderful bird watching as well as great fishing and crabbing. Surf is up at Folly Beach just down the road and downtown Charleston is a ten minute drive. The bed pictured is a queen size and the sofa pulls out into a full size bed.

This place was a great stay. Very short drive to down town and Folly Beach. It was quaint and all the space we needed for our short stay. The house was very clean and organized with all the amenities we needed. We were lucky enough to check in slightly early which was a huge help to us.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Slice of Paradise at 10 Red Sunset Lane! Our three-day stay at 10 Red Sunset Lane in Folly Beach was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the stunning views, the peaceful atmosphere, and the charming coastal vibe that this beautiful home offers. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The heated pool became our favorite spot before and after the beach day! Folly Beach is full of charm, and this location gave us easy access to it all—beach walks less than five minutes, local restaurants! Downtown Charleston is just a 15 min drive away for a nice getaway! We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already dreaming of our return. If you’re looking for the perfect beach escape, 10 Red Sunset Lane is a true gem. Highly recommend! 🌅🏖️

One of the best air bnbs I’ve visited. Perfect location, and the best place to escape our normal world. Close enough to Folly to just grab your beach bag and go, but also close to Charleston and not fair from Botany Bay. Thomas and hosts were friendly and super helpful. Stay if you can!

We had a great stay for our girls trip! We arrived extremely early as we drove overnight and were so grateful that the hosts allowed us to check in ahead of schedule. They were very accommodating throughout our stay, even providing extra bedding for an air mattress. The place itself was quiet, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. The bed was super comfortable, which made all the difference after long days out. We really enjoyed how close it was to Folly Beach (8 min) and only 15 min from the downtown area. And on top of it, they let us park in the driveway :) Would definitely stay here again!

Came down for an appointment at MUSC and Michelle went above and beyond to make our stay nice. I had a few questions before and she was very responsive, and so much as helped make it possible for us to stay an extra night. My finance and I have stayed in 20+ Airbnbs and I have yet to have a host like Michelle. Very easy to get to the beach. Spotless room. Comfortable bed. Private entrance easy access would stay again. Thank you Michelle 😊

We traveled to Charleston to commemorate a 70th birthday party. The house was beautiful, clean and well supplied. Location was central to all the places that we wanted to visit. The outdoor patio was fantastic, just be aware that you must be indoor by nine pm, which was a bit of a bummer, as we would have loved to enjoy the space and hot tub at night.
