Holiday rentals with beach access in Peace River

Everything was fantastic! Lisa and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. No complaints!

process was very simple to check in and check out. David was very polite , the place was very clean it was accommodating with basic supplies such as dishes silverware coffee maker even have some coffee , paper plates simple necessities, shampoo , conditioner some soaps , towels, chairs and cooler, floats for the beach that's within walking distance the neighborhood is beautiful, definitely a little piece of paradise I'll definitely come back.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Stayed here as I came into town for a concert. It was the perfect space, very clean and very private. I would definitely book again!

I visit Sarasota every year and stay each time at a new place. This year I wanted to do something closer to the beach and Siesta Village. Matt’s spot was perfectly located for this due to being so close to the beach and every night we walked to the village for dinner/nightlife which was about 15 minutes walking distance. Overall a great place for 1-4 people if you’re looking for a nice chill vacation.

My daughter and I only stayed here for 1 night but found plenty within walking distance. There are restaurants, shops, and a 7-11 across the street. The pool and beach are a short walk around the block and down the street. The sunset on the beach was beautiful. Justin was very responsive and accommodating, as I had difficulty understanding the map and needed written instructions to the pool/beach area:)

cute little beach apartment. clean and comfortable. We loved being super close to the beach. and the outdoor hose and shower was handy. nice of them to provide some beach items too like chairs, a boogie board and beach towels. AC gets very cold, which my husband was happy about. We will definitely be back to Ana Maria Island! its an amazing beach.

Tom’s place was perfect for our trip. I was traveling with my elderly parents and teenage son. The house brought everyone together by the pool and around the pool table, yet allowed everyone to have their privacy. The little extras - fishing poles, binoculars - were a nice addition. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay! My family loved the amenities for this home. The pool area was nice and private! The bathroom out in the pool area was super nice and very convenient. The grill was very clean and we used it a few evenings. We would stay here again. The home was clean and inviting.

Donna’s house was perfect for a quick visit of Avon Park. Centrally located by things to do, and cozy enough you may not want to leave. We’d recommend and would stay again.

This was a perfect fit for our family vacation, centrally located to several beaches, we visited Boca Grande, Siesta Key and Manasota Key. Everything was easy to get to and find! The house was exceptional, we enjoyed the bikes and use of the kayaks! We will book again!!

We had a great stay at Kristin's place. It was just what we were looking for. Super Simple to access the beach. The pool was great for our son to play after the beach and parking was a breeze. Inside the unit was well updated and clean. The king size beds were comfortable and the balcony was large and a great way to pass by the evenings when our son went to bed. We would stay again!

Chris was a great host. He answered all of our questions and gave us great advice and recommendations. The property was amazing. His décor was outstanding! The details were perfect. The property was easy to access and easy to enter. The Bay and pool were right outside our window. The bar at the pool had lots of options. There was even entertainment on Friday night at the pool. We felt completely safe and the parking was also easy and covered (under the condo). We loved our stay at this property. Highly recommend property and host!

We had a lovely time. It’s an easy to walk to the beach. Place was very clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely book again if coming back to Bradenton Beach.
