Ana was extremely responsive, above and beyond. There were a couple of items missing from the amenity list, but she will correct those. Place has plenty of space and is comfortable. Sheets on the bed were beyond amazing! Bed was very comfortable and enough pillows for even us. Be careful - there is a step down into the dining room that is not easy to see. A caution sign is above the doorway, but it's small and we missed it. It is a safe, friendly area. Location is great, close to stores and state parks. We will stay here again when we are in this area. Thank you, Ana!!!

We loved the Strawberry Stilt House! It's so cute, we love the little hints of strawberry decor. The covered balcony is peaceful and we loved going out and listening to the rain. The house is very clean too. Wonderful place to stay!

Inessa’s home in North Port was absolutely stunning! The house was pristine, with a quaint and beautiful layout, spotlessly clean. The pool was a magnificent highlight, and the home was well-equipped with plenty of towels, washcloths, coffee, tea, silverware, dishware, and cooking utensils. They even left water in the fridge for us! The king-size bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making our stay even better. Shops were close by, and Inessa was super responsive and easy to reach. We highly recommend this gem if you’re looking for something very nice and cozy! Peaceful and quiet….country bliss. Cute big ‘ole cows, steers and some beast bulls to make us feel right at home 🐄. So much space inside and outside for our large family!!! Peace river access, through pastures and a good distance from house ( 👍 for parental safety concerns), complete with a gator sighting down at the steeper sand area! Close proximity to Wachula for easy access to groceries and restaurants yet out of town enough for privacy and silence. Fred was very responsive and even offered use of fishing rods if we wanted to give that a try. So kind! We are in the area for the fossils though so we left the fish in the river ✌️House was great. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and space to spread out and not trip over each other. We had a wonderful short visit and felt right at home.

We stayed 3 months and enjoyed our stay. 1. Hosts are very responsive. 2. I was impressed at how well the kitchen was set up with basics for cooking. 3. Church was an easy walk and there was a grocery store that was walkable too. 4. Backyard is private and screened porch pleasant. 5. House is small but has a good layout and decor is nice.

Kellie's place "The Aqua Oasis" was everything we were looking for. It was bright, clean, comfortable, well decorated, spacious, stocked well, and only 10 min or less to the beautiful and tranquil waters of the Gulf. The pool was nice to take a dip in and the fact that she accepts pets is great for us canine owners! Also, Kellie was a very prompt communicator which was appreciated when we needed her. If I'm ever back in the Englewood area, I'll definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! We loved that they had basically everything you might need. They even had a high chair and pack n play which was really useful with our 11 month old. The area is peaceful and quiet but still close to restaurants/grocery stores. Our favorite part of the stay was watching the sunset while relaxing in the pool.

This house is the perfect cozy space. Very comfortable & close to restaurants. We stayed here during our visit to peace River and it was perfect, the outdoor space was cute & cozy. The pictures simply do not do this place justice for how cute it is decorated with all the vintage furniture and decor. We would definitely stay here again.

First of all we were received by one of the ponies and a goat before the owner got to us to tell us about the place and activities, after we got a bit acquainted with our new neighbors, the owner gave us clear instructions as to how everything works. We saw the place where we could fish but we didn’t do so because we thought we needed to bring our own rods, but that was not the case, we only needed the lure and he explained to us what to use. The horse rides are also available, same as the gathering of fresh eggs, the shower was very nice, the place was well organized, and very tidy, we had utensils, which I was worried about and plates. Overall it was a great experience and will be coming back.

Doris was an excellent host. Everything was exactly as advertised in the pictures. What isn't shown in the pictures is the apartment community, which isn't glamorous, but that shouldn't matter. If you treat this as the place to lay your head and get yourself to the beach, you will be thoroughly satisfied. Probably the easiest check in and check out instructions I have experienced.

Beautiful place! In a pretty good area to close to the beach. House was neat and tidy everything looked perfect. The pool is a plus! WiFi is slow but we didn’t really use it. Would definitely book again!

Gorgeous House. Pristine condition. Beautiful. Comfortable. Pictures are accurate. Great place for a family get together. Awesome kitchen. Kids loved the pool. The pool toys/accessories and outdoor TV screens make the outdoor space perfect for everyone. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Absolutely beautiful place - pictures don't do it justice. The yard and pool are bigger than the pictures make them look! :) Monica and Jeremiah were fantastic hosts, really kind and personable. It all made for the vacation of a lifetime!

Better than the pictures! Stocked with towels, beach chairs, basic seasonings, all big and small appliances you can think of! Pool toys, washcloths, paper towels !!!! And even toothbrushes for everyone. We needed nothing but groceries! Out of the 4 day stay, we left just for one day trip and headed to the beautiful siesta beach which was only an hour drive. The area/community is quiet and newly constructed. It is beautiful and peaceful. Away from crowds and traffic. Communication with Dina was a breeze. The host was very much available to answer any questions throughout the stay. Ive stayed in many Airbnbs and let me just say, they hit the nail! The outdoor grill, the marble floors and even the amazing water pressure in the shower deserves notice. Beds were soft and linens were crisp. 10/10 stay! Highly recommend!

We felt very comfortable the entire time. From the day we arrived and they had agreed that we could check in very early, it made our communication with them so smooth. They were very accommodating. The fishing pier next to their property, public access, allowed a nice activity that we really enjoyed . The house was great! The atmosphere, tranquility, and relaxation for us was just what the doctor ordered! Thanks for everything.

A few things to note, it’s about a 5 minute drive on a dirt road so make sure your car is compatible, the bnb is off of his main house but private enough and separate entrance. The pool is in their back yard but we were able to access it and they gave us extra towels. The place was clean and very cool. The pictures do match the photos and descriptions. There was coffee and sugar available as well as anything you’d needed to cook and eat, no water or anything else was there so make sure you come prepared lol. Host is very quick to respond and very helpful! Would recommend staying here and would return if we were in the area again.

We stayed at this home for 2 weeks and the nature watching was fascinating. Alligators, turtles, birds and fish jumping out of the water. The home was comfortable and included everything one would need. The Wi-Fi was solid for zoom calls and remote work. The kitchen had every dish, pot, utensil for cooking. The AC worked great and the beds were super comfy. The host replied quickly to every question. I would stay here again. 5 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great stay! It’s cozy and has everything you need. Right on the water with the best views of the river. It’s also close to tons of different places for day trips, definitely recommend.

The location just off I 75 makes it easy to get anyplace on the west coast of Florida. The Punta Gorda exit makes it easy to get to downtown, the Port Charlotte exit with Veterans Highway gets you to all of Port Charlotte and the road at the road to Joe’s will take you to everything in between. Great place to get to and to see the entire area!

Very good place to stay. My wife love everything about it. Worth the price, definitely going back there anytime soon.

Nana and I took our 3 grandsons during the week for a mini vacation. The selling point was definitely having the use of a boat right in the backyard. The house was spotless and well stocked clean inside and out, the swimming pool was clean and a good size plus screened in which is a must because this time of year the mosquitoes on the West Coast could carry you away. Make sure you bring bug spray if you go out at night.. The area is beautiful by access of water with plenty of places to beach the boat so that the kids could play and fish. Restaurants are within 10 minute drive and most are waterfront.

After a busy few days in Washington and then the Space Centre, we were looking for some downtime. Lovely house, well equipped and pool was gorgeous. We enjoyed looking out over the water and watching the sunset. It was so quiet we truly relaxed. Appreciated having the mall and restaurants within a very short drive. Seemed like lots to do within reasonable distance but it was hot and we were there to relax so we did nothing! You won’t be disappointed with The Harbor House!
