This is a non-smoking , NON party home located right outside the city. This ranch style home offers you many ways to relax without worrying about being too far away from civilization. Minutes away from shopping, dining, entertainment, and the Air Force Base. Midway between the larger cities of Atlanta and Valdosta and the smaller cities of Perry and Macon. Beautiful Classy Cottage with large front porch nestled in a tall pine woods on a 3 acre lot which is about 200 feet from our other property. Back porch is now a utility room; office, bedroom, nursery, storage, etc. Located 8 miles West of I-75 and 1/2 mile off of Highway 49. It is about 100 feet away from our other listing, "Cozy Cabin in the Woods" .

Cute farmhouse that perfectly suited our family of 3 adult couples, 1 toddler and 1 infant. Our son’s wedding was in Perry, so the location was great. While you feel like you’re in the middle of farmland/country, the home is a short distance from 75, (but not too close) and an easy, quick drive to shopping centers. It was clean, comfortable and the game room provided some fun.

I specifically chose this location due to ya proximity to my best friend’s wedding. With three bedrooms, bathrooms, ample space, beautiful grounds, facilities, water feature, immaculate grass, landscape, this place is spectacular. The dining room was incredible for us guys to play poker. The patio , corn hole and seating was amazing. Every one who came and visited and or stayed couldn’t stop talking about the place. Made the wedding plans easier and allowed the groom to relax whilst surrounded by his good friends.
