Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Peachtree Center, Atlanta

I absolutely loved my stay. The location was amazing and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive to my questions!

I had a wonderful stay! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, very walkable! The house itself is charming and comfortable with great decor. Would absolutely stay again!

Lovely location right around Freedom Park, super close to one of my favorite spots in town Manuel’s! I frequent Atlanta often, and this Airbnb is PERFECT for a quick girls weekend or two couples! Super eclectic, the entire space in tastefully decorated and my friend and I loved the private courtyard in the back. Amenities were lovely with lots of coffee, sugars and cream on hand, a few spices, and even a Britta in the fridge and ice molds (full!) in the freezer. And the beds were very comfortable too, another added plus! I’m normally a fan of staying primarily in Cabbagetown when I visit, but I am very excited to come stay in this neighborhood and in this Airbnb again in the future.

The Airbnb was exactly what we needed. Comfortable, clean, great location. The quick walk from the beltline made it the perfect place for accessing restaurants, shops, and other activities without being right in the hustle and bustle of it all!

Loved this stay! The alley is a bit difficult to find but the instructions were clear so it wasn’t a problem. Great location and very clean and spacious.

We loved Tina’s air bnb! It’s just minutes from the Beltline with so much to do! And the neighborhood is very walkable. The house was also very clean and having a washer and dryer was very handy!

Our son stayed there to go to his college which is close here. It was a safe place and he enjoyed his college life. There was just one problem that the heater didn’t work, but it was resolved quickly.

My stay at Sara’s was great. Very clean and spacious, the check in process was a breeze and the price point was excellent for the area. Very peaceful and quiet in the area, close to downtown ATL, and walkable. Sara was an excellent and responsive host. Loved staying here.

Lovely stay with everything we needed! Great access to the Beltline and Krog Market!

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

We stayed at Jaya's for a couple of days while we were in town for a concert, and the location was so quiet and had the perks of being next door to a track and green space. I would definitely stay here next time I'm in Atlanta!

This was a great stay. The bed was so comfortable that I accidentally ended up sleeping for nearly 12 hours. The location was also very close to a lot of spots that I visited. I would definitely visit again if I do another solo trip.

Perfect place to stay for a weekend trip! The place was clean and had everything you would need, pictures do not do the place justice. It rained off and on during the weekend so outside of the activities we had planned, staying it was great as there were a number of streaming platforms available to watch a movie/show! Can't recommend enough and I'd definitely return.

This is an incredible place to stay. It has a massive private porch that overlooks the intersection of two local streets. It was simply mesmerizing to sit at night and watch the cars and people walking. The house is super clean and updated with a modern feel yet maintaining the historic values of the house. We originally thought we may share the porch with neighbors but nope, it’s all private to this house. Beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this house.

Great communication and place was exactly as described in the listing. Already booked again with them for our next trip!

Junise was super responsive and friendly. Location was great, within a short distance to numerous restaurants, Centennial Park and the train system. Building concierges were friendly and polite.

Our stay was amazing, we couldn’t have asked for a better host or play to stay. Desiree will be out go to any and every time we visit Atlanta! Thanks for being a great host! Until next time….

Hermoso departamento, con una vista del amanecer divino. Estuve de visita por trabajo por lo que no pude disfrutar mucho del espacio pero todo estaba impecable. La única pena es la cantidad de homeless, pero se ve en toda la ciudad. La llegada desde el Aeropuerto tomando el bus y después el metro MARTA es lo mejor. Gracias Kevin, volveré pronto!!!

A wonderful place to stay it if your looking to travel to Atlanta. Super responsive and couldn’t have had a better experience will definitely come back in the future!

We had only one problem and that was the bed collapsing underneath me with no provaction, but luckily it was resolved quickly and there were no more issues. Had a peaceful stay otherwise.

Lorrie is the best host we’ve ever had. She described her place perfectly, she responded quickly, she was proactive in preventing any problems from arising! We loved the stocked fridge and the location is perfect. We can’t wait to stay again!! If you’re visiting Atlanta; this is the place for you!

Perfect accommodations for a relaxing stay after busy days! The bed was VERY comfortable, noise was minimal (other than usual city traffic noise), and building staff were super helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend and would love to stay again should we find ourselves needing a space in the city.
